Also, I believe Kairi's Nobody is confused on what must transpire, however I think I know how we can go about this.

First off, five people were warped to some unknown place, saved by an onslaught they couldn't technically fight against since they found themselves unable to withdraw their keyblade. Before they were overtaken by a menace, they were teleported. You also were most likely going about your normal life too... depending on what you could exactly call normal.

Anyways, that's how I see it as does everyone else I believe, no offense to those who don't ^^;

Location is currently unknown, however I have a semblence of where they might be taken, however it is a mere guesstimate.

So right now, just do your best with posting Xikari! Same for all of you!

Yeah, Sako pretty much got it. You're just going about your normal, war-torn life when you find yourself attacked. It can be by just the Heartless, just the Nobodies, or caught in the middle of a skirmish. When it seems you're a goner, you get warped away by a mysterious flash of light.

Twilight Town is where Makoto started, I believe you start in the homeworld you listed like for example, L has his character Revia is set in the Radiant Gardens and Xikari is set in her world of Aquastone.
