Ahem. well, where do I begin? I'll try to be brief.

The Yamada corp. lead by the oldblood vampire Adam framed the Purge organization for a zombie outbreak.
Said zombie outbreak was dealt with by the Purge, Hive, Freelancer, and some random rebel heroes.
All the injured humans from the zombie outbreak who needed blood transfusions were intentionally given synthetic blood that was tainted with Adam's vampire blood. Adamn just decided to wake up ALL his new fledglings at once, now we have a ghoul invasion ten times as big as the zombie outbreak.

All the while, Purge is killing zombies and hunting vampires, Freelance is hunting Purge AND other monsters, and Hive is secretly warming up a giant space sun-laser to kill everyone.

Bedivere is back from wiping out nearly the entirety of oldblood vampires left on earth, Ved joined the Purge and is helping Kaminokage wreck some bitches, Silver and Blood fell in love, Hank nearly blew up a city with a nuclear weapon he had been hiding for 10 years, some newblood vampire girl just saved a mother and baby, pretty much everybody is vacationing in Hawaii, because Gabriel is having a big vampire party in his basement.

Florida got his face blown up, Utah died and his suit self destructed, Erick just read Kami's mind, Carolina, Tex, and North are running for their lives, Hank had brain surgery, and Mithias is trying to castrate Bedivere.

Kami wants to find out where the Freelancer base is.

Did i forget anything? Oh!! and Adam is also trying to get a special key to release and awaken Dracula's first son, Alucard. Yay.

Your options are as such:

Freelance is willing to accept even the most brutally insane monsters, as long as it helps them fight the Purge. The Director, leader of Freelance, has a personal vendetta against the Purge and already employs a psycho cyborg vampire monster. They would happily employ you if you turn out to be useful.

Gabriel is gathering an army of vampires in order to make a final assault on humanity. He plans to lead the vampires in glorious conquest of the planet, lead by an army of brainwashed vampire ninjas. This option would most likely provide the most slaughter, but the Director is currently on Hawaii and might be making an alliance with Gabriel.

Dawn is attempting to create peace between humans and vamps. They're mostly hippies, and lack military power.

Alternatively, you could run solo. Although that's a sure-fire way to end up getting killed by the Purge. They're trying to equip every doorway with vampire scanners, and every street corner with holy water vapour dispensers. Effectively the capability to wipe out all vampires in a city at once without harming humans. As such, a number of cities are already impossible for vampires to live in (including Oklahoma).
