Count Vicious

Name:

Count Vicious (Real name unknown)

Description:

A former Hands of Science enforcer that turned to the Changeling Unit to sate his inner sadism. He is a tall man that is six-five, with a head of firey red hair that usually has a headband around it. He wears a black suit, with a bulletproof vest placed over it, and a long red cape. What's notable is the obvious injuries he sustained in the past. His right hand has been replaced with a giant metal hook that's thick as his arm, that should be too heavy for any man to lift, but he uses his strength. His right eye is also missing, seemingly scratched out, and replaced with an eyepatch. There is also several scars on the right side of his body. He's one of the longest members of the Changeling Unit (They die a lot), and that's no less due to his monstrous firepower.

Powers:
Metal Manipulation & Creation.

Count Vicious has the ability to manipulate metal much like any other elemental type - except his ability has been strengthened by Hands of Science experimentation. He can move metal, change one type of metal to another - and even the astonishing ability to generate metal constructs from any surface. He uses the last ability to cover himself in metal.

Primitive Light

Darlene Cooper (Codename: Primitive Light)

Description:

A rugged woman that has turned to the Changeling Unit after being scorned by NEST. She is a ruthless, and remorseless woman, turned into a monster by the Changeling Unit as part of their tests. There isn't the slightest bit of humanity left in her. Primitive Light is a muscular woman with plenty of scars on her face - she is a hideous hag of a woman. She is, otherwise, average heighted. What's normal about her is her head of blonde hair. She usually wears body armor over a hoodie. Primitive Light, with her ability, serves as the main fighter of the organization alongside Count Vicious. However, she is exceedingly dangerous with her ability, which makes her a handful against the unprepared.

Powers:
Energy-Absorption, Expulsion, & Infusion.

Primitive Light has the ability to absorb energy from her environment and manipulate it in various ways. Mostly by shooting it, or enhancing her physical abilities through it. Using this ability, Primitive Light is dangerously versatile, and can hold a disproportionate amount of energy inside of herself. However, she can only store two kinds of energy at a time.

Flashbang

Emily (Codename: Flashbang)

Description:

Heartbreaker's younger sister. They entered the Changeling business at the same time, and both hold a great deal of prominence in it due to their skills and abilities. Flashbang serves as the mobile transporter for the unit with her ability to open portals, and is essential for their hit and run strategies. Which is why she hangs back, or is protected by other members of the Unit. Like Heartbreaker, she is icy-blue skin, and is somewhat shorter than her. She isn't as muscular, or developed, either. She wears body armor, with a long black trenchcoat over it. She's always seen wearing sunglasses. Likely due to how bright her power gets.

Powers:
Portal-Creation.

Flashbang can create portals anywhere she's been before (It's possible for them to cross countries) that are a door way door that anyone can enter. These portals can be small, to meters in diameter. She can open a wide variety portals - though, she can't hold them open for too long.

Shade

Shade (Real name unknown)

Age:

Description:

A heavily burned man that's covered in burn scars from head to toe. A mess of burned flesh. This incident has made him so scornful towards society that he was able to be lulled into the group by Luis. Where he is a prominent member - at times acting as a lieutenant to Luis when Heartbreaker and the Mannequin are unavailable. Like the rest of the Changelings, he wears body armor, but with a leather trench coat thrown over it. He and his sister act as artillery and heavy duty forces, since when combined, they are a force to be reckoned with.

Powers:
Telekinesis.

Shade posses your usual telekinetic ability. He can move objects with his mind - the most dangerous feat on his own is throwing a car. He likes precision, and focuses more on raw destructive force. However, when combined with his younger sister, both their abilities increase to exponential levels.

Wraith

Wraith (Real name unknown)

Description:

Younger sister of Wraith, unlike him, she doesn't have too many scars, but a similar hatred of the world that drove her through the Changeling Unit's tests. She is small, and wears sunglasses with her head of wild red hair. She wears body armor, and a leather coat, along with heavy work boots.

Powers:
Telekinesis.

Shade, like Wraith, possesses telekinesis. However, her telekinesis isn't powerful. Where it lacks in strength, it makes up for in precision, and range. She can snipe someone with a rock from the top of a building. Combined with her brother, she is capable of widespread destruction as both abilities are increased to extreme levels.

The Butcher

Real name has been renounced - Only The Butcher remains.

Age:

21 upon gaining powers - aging has halted since then.

Description:

A giant brute of a man that stands at fifteen feet tall, and has an imposing appearance. The Butcher is comprised out of various metals, taking the appearance of a massive, bronze, brute with vents poking out it's back. The Butcher was scorned by humanity for it's appearance, and was corrupted by Luis to join the Changeling. Now, it revoked it's humanity, and acts as a giant siege machine. It wields metal blades created by Count Vicious - why it's called the Butcher. It doesn't talk, only kill.

Powers:
Metal Physiology & Fire Generation.

As you may have guessed, the Butcher is made out of metal, and, thus, is very durable. Bullets will bounce off - but super strong blows can put a dent in it. It's also massively strong, and has the ability to generate fire. Inside it's body is a glowing heart of pure heat, in which it can excrete flames out it's mouth, and back vents.

The Contessa

Natasha Parker (Codename: The Contessa)

Description:

A girl who had her life ruined by the Changeling Unit all in an attempt to break her and get her to join them. They were massively successful after they killed her family and friends, and framed her for it. Within their ranks, the Contessa acts as their spy. Being the most normal looking, and unassuming out of all of them. Taking the appearance of a normal teenager. Wearing any disguise that can get her to blend in, and be inconspicuous as possible. On her Changeling jobs, she doesn't talk much. And like the rest of them, she wears a leather trenchcoat, but ditches the body armor.

Powers:
Power Nullification & Detection.

The Contessa has the ability to turn off powers of any Metahuman within twenty-five feet of herself. This keeps them from using their power, and helps the Changeling Unit pick off any powerful Metahumans. However, it cannot reverse permanent physical mutations. The other side of her power is the detection of any Metahuman within that range. Which makes the Unit hard to sneak up on.

The Skin Walker

Skin Walker (No one knows where it came from, or why)

Description:

A serial killer that has haunted the desolate areas of Alaska for decades at a time, preying on those who live alone, and killing them in gruesome ways (Such as wrapping someone up in their own skin, or attaching their skin to objects). It was easy for Luis to recruit him into the Changeling Unit, long as he got to kill people. The Skin Walker is a freakishly thin and tall former man with massively long arms. It's face seems to be skin eternally pulled back, and it's body is comprised of various different colored patches of skin. Suggesting that it got them from somewhere.

Powers:
Skin-Manipulation.

The Skin Walker has the ability to manipulate it's own skin - seemingly having the ability to grow more skin (or stretch it). It's ability is surprisingly versatile. In addition to moving it's own skin, it's capable of altering it's properties - the most extreme making it hard enough to stop bullets (Think of it as a material with a high tensile strength). It can also manipulate other people's skin by attaching it to theirs.

The Berserker

Description:

The Changeling Unit's secret weapon that they extracted out of Britain (And their version of NEST). A woman with blonde hair styled into thick dreadlocks. The Berserker is a huge woman, that is extremely muscular, and curvy. She wears a orange prison jumpsuit, and has shackles around her ankles... for no reason other than for appearance. She is easily the most dangerous Metahuman in their group, with few capable of standing up to her.

Powers:

Unknown.

4.3 The Siege

• With the evacuation ending in failure - a massive shield being erected over Verthaven to prevent the Devil from escaping - it seems that NEST and the citizens of Verthaven have their backs against the wall. They have to choice but to kill the Devil, or else face annihilation. They have gathered a group of civilians to assist them in their endeavors. Hoping to launch an operation that'll lead them right to the Devil's hiding spot. However, the Devil isn't the only thing they have to worry about. The Changeling Unit - using a mole they just planted - are aiming to spring their captured members. And they aren't leaving without a trail of bodies behind them.

Lihua sighed. "Looks like this mission was a success." She said. Though, it was looking like the Devil was giving them a brief pause. "Let's go-" The ground started shaking violently - harder than ever before.

Lihua knew something big was heading this way.

Giant holes in the ground started forming, and what was coming out wasn't pretty. Everyone looked up at them, in utter shock.

"Yup, we're boned." Leon said.

"Oooooooooooh, yeah... this is not good." Sonya said.

"Holy shit!" Meifeng shouted. "This is bullshit!"

Lihua sighed. "You can not be serious right now."

Emerging from the holes were giant monsters, similar to the one that they had just killed, but more of them. At least thirteen giant monsters had emerged from around them. Smashing up whatever was in their path to get to the RAVENs.

"Run." Lihua said as they ran into the closest APC, and started hauling ass. With the monsters behind them.

The Devil wasn't going to let them off that easily.

4.4 Standing on the Proverbial Edge

• While the operation to defeat the Changeling Unit was a failure, the other squad successfully located the Devil of Verthaven, and has poisoned her; weakening all of her forces. They are now on a mission to kill her once and for all. However, with this many threats looming in the background... it is unlikely all will go as planned. Nor will everyone survive.

4.5 Desperation: Pale Horse

• The operation to kill The Devil of Verthaven was a failure. The Devil of Verthaven has reached a whole new level of power fitting to her title of "The World Ending Power." The Devil's new monstrous form cast a shadow on Verthaven and the survivors which makes them wonder who can kill this Demon. With the several incidents before hand thinning out the amount of manpower, it quickly became clear that NEST lacked the manpower to take on the Devil... Which means they'll have to reach out to old foes.
