I just found out that there never was a peace treaty signed between the USSR/Russian Federation and Japan at the end of WWII. Technically speaking Japan and Russia are still at war :D

Aye, the same goes for North and South Korea. The issue is neither nation is actually willing to back up the fact that they are, at the most basic level, 'at war'. So I don't recommend using that as your baseline for a casus belli to go to war friendo.

The Syrian Civil War is pretty much confirmed, since the whole incident with the Russian aircraft is still a thing. Given Russia's slightly more aggressive foreign policy here, I doubt that Ukraine has calmed down much either.

As a side note, there's already some amount of cooperation between Russia and China through BRICS, so it's worth mentioning that Russia might be interested in adding some military treaties to it, since it also involves India AKA the country that could pull a Soviet Union-level Zerg rush thanks to its population.

I thought about addressing the BRICS in my talk with Dmitry and Vladimir, but I decided that not mentioning it would be better.
Besides, if I were to invite Brazil into my Moscow Pact you could end up with the US getting angered because they would have a large enemy in the Americas. I want to scare NATO, not start a war with it (Yet)

I'm over here hoping Rubio wins. Which is funny, because he won't, because he's Rubio. Best I can hope for being president in general is anyone who isn't Trump or Hillary.
