Jen walked into the bar, smiling. She had been on the road for a while, and she was looking forward to having a warm bed to sleep in. She never knew, maybe she would actually settle down. She walked up to the bartender.
"Any word of work around here?" She asked.

"It depends. If you want a free nights stay and some grub, go read the bulletin board. There is a new school starting up." The Inn Keeper pointed out the poster for the female to see.

[Carlsberg]

Jen went over and read the board, her eyes widening slightly.
"Dragons..." she whispered to herself, quivering with excitement, before her eyes became slightly downcast.
It'll only be flr those of noble birth, she thought to herself, Still, maybe they'll need a bard or something. I doubt my other talents would be useful for people with dragins.

Jen walked over to the bartender.
"Do you know where the rest went?" She asked politely.

"They left this morning. So what is your decision?" The Inn Keeper simply spoke.

"I don't think I will be good enough to be a rider. But I can play a flute, and I can work. Maybe they will need somdone to work the grounds," she said calmly.

"Not that I know of. Everyone needs to pitch in but you can still go and talk to The Lore Master. Why can't you raise a dragon to ride? There are other females that are going to do so?"

"Its not that I'm a girl, its just im not very useful. All I can really do is play the flute. Anywag, it'll just be a group of nobles. I wouldnt be able to afford however much it is." Jen sajd, dropping her head onto the table.

Though his feet splashed through pools and kicked rocks they made no sound. Instead there was a slight whispering as he progressed through the cave. If paid close attention to it sounded like Mystique. It seemed like she was talking to someone else. "The boy's no good, he thinks because he can swing a sword he can train a dragon." A deeper voice rumbled a reply, "The two are more liable to kill each other, I fear for them both" After that the voices turned into tiny whispers faint, barely audible. "Fool. Ignorant. Bullheaded. Coward."

As soon as the horses entered the tunnel voices began assailing Stacey's ears. "Another one?" one voice muttered in disgust. "Just a follower. Weak minded too. And her voice is so irritating. No one even likes her but she won't leave them alone." The voices went on and on, annoying, pesky, one of the crowd, after a while just hearing it could be daunting enough without even knowing the words.

"Gypsy!" A voice hissed in revulsion upon Ixonia entered the cave. "Thief!" another accused. "Child stealer. Traitor. Honor-less cur." The words were spat out like venom, berating her ears over and over again. She was worthless, meaningless, another stupid thieving gypsy going through the cave.

Swords clanged up ahead, the sound of heated combat. As he got further in the noises got closer and closer, until they were just around the corner. A short scream of pain echoed out eerily similar to his own, followed by a grunt of triumph but when he went further in he would find no evidence of a fight having taken place. How very odd, seconds later the sounds began repeating again, it seemed this would continue for a while. Maybe if he moved fast enough he could catch the fighters?

Stacey heard these odd voices assault her. In the pitch black, all she could see was the outline of the wall next to her. She did her best to ignore these voices, but they wouldn't go away. "Stop it.." she muttered.
They continued
"Stop it." She said firmly.
They continued.
"STOP IT." She yelled, her voice echoed through the tunnel as she whipped the reins of her horses as hard as she could. They galloped faster, but she couldn't run away, it seemed as if the voices just wouldn't stop chasing her.

Being a gypsy was never been easy. These insults didn't bother her for she had lived with them. She didn't realize that this was going to be part of the test.
As she rode onward she began to get irritated but yet not enough to say anything.

"You can do so..... None of them were noble and you get a certain amount of money to buy items at the gypsy camp. Why don't you talk to my wife. She can explain it better than I."

[Carlsberg]

Jen hesistated for a second, before smiling and saying, "Thank you. Where can I find your wife?"

"She would be in the pub. Let me know what you decide so I can reserve a student room for you."

[Carlsberg]

Jen set off into the pub, looking for the wife.

"What may I do for miss? I don't have any hot food at the moment. I can serve you fresh bread, cheese and fruit." Bessie spoke as she placed the clean glassware on the shelf.

"I was told to talk to you about the notice for dragon riders?" Jen said.

[Aisling]

@Carlsberg

"Yes, I can give you the information and set you up. Please follow me to the Conference Room." Bessie spoke.
Bessie went into the room and got some scrolls out of a chest.

"Here is the first Scroll of Welcoming. Please read it then we will discuss it."

"This is a lot of responsibility, " she stuttered out, "What if I fail?"
