The wizard tapped his staff three times onto the cobblestones, muttering an arcane syllable, causing the crystal ball atop it to come to life with a simple cantrip: an ancient dragon's bellow. Throughout this all, Aramil looked skyward towards the dragon whelp, whose dark silhouette was plastered onto the darkening clouds of a coming storm.

Ack! Well, it's not embarrassing. I'm prone to forgetting names and making typos, sometimes at the same time. Thanks for the head's up.

But, yeah, he's trying to gain everyone's attention, especially the whelps. The trick itself is a minor spell, the dragon's bellow being an illusory sound coming from the staff's crystal. ^^"

Ok, well then he'll fall off, but the night before he did save several of the guard and the captain of the guard so if evidently that means nothing, I'll try and find another way out. He can outrun them, and for several days at that. If they go horseback that will be another story, but then he'll just stick to the city and out parkour them like he just did to get onto the dragon. He's not in trouble yet.

Edit; Plus if Pyria falls to the ground in the process of him jumping on her back, then he would be seen as a hero that brought the dragon to the ground.

@Sessamaru Seems pretty solid to me, I think anyone else adding to that mayhem needs to remember this. I'll let rechonq off, as it sounds like what he did happened at the same time, if not slightly before.

@rechonq I was joking, he doesn't have to die. Worst case scenario? He cuts his way out of Actium, becomes a notorious outlaw. I'm not against anyone murdering legionnaires.

But yeah, let the situation remain fluid; so long as it doesn't go magic mushroom on us then there shouldn't be a problem.

Although, eh, there's exactly two greedy necromancers. Sarai and Aramil... The other two are a drow priestess (who among other things like demon summoning, she knows about it), and a Death priest??

Technically, Luca was only raised as a priest and is more accurately a Favored Soul (if you're familiar with the D&D3.5e class). The majority of his magical potency does not belong to him, but what he does have is used the channel the Raven Queen's power into the mortal realm. Hence the change in eye color and voice bit when he's preparing serious magic. Also why I use a different color for his speech when he's using magic or performing a blessing.

Not really refuting you, just something I've been working towards getting out there for a while and this seemed like a good opportunity.

SO sorry. My power got knocked out by a friggin idiot (who drives in the dark while it's snowing?) And I'd rather not make an IC post until my computer comes back to life (cause doing that on a phone is friggin brutal.) I will if absolutely necessary to continue the Campus Magnus portion of the story line, but they should fix it in a day or two. Sorry about this!
