"I'll come with you" Visel said after the man in the helmet said he would scout ahead. "Watch this" she said looking at Emma who was still holding the torch over head. she walked to the edge of the whole and put her index finger down on the ground and instantly a slide of ice appeared out of the air circling downwards. She then looked back at Emma with the tip of her tongue out playfully then looked back at the guy in the helmet and said "then shall we go?" @Marcus XVI@Framing A Moose

The water that was at the bottom was frozen over, but it seemed to be of an odd shade, greenish grey and only a small bit had been frozen over by the ice. IT was very mushy in texture and looked like water then one huge pool of snot, and it smelled worst, like a half digested rotting squid. The room was cold and dark, but the shadow of an open hallway was at the end of this. Around the sides of the walls, it seemed like the bits of an older material where remaining, as if a flooring used to be here. On occasion, a glorp or belch from a random area in the room would emit itself.

Visel could here where the noise had come from it was further down the corridor towards the left wall. "Everyone stay frosty" she said with a giggle as she got in ready position kind of like she was getting ready to dash left or right then made a few clicks. When the click sound come back she didn't like the way the way it looked.

"Stay calm and remember your training men." Martel calmly instructed his men while glancing around if not nervously then at least in a state of minor unease. He peered down to the darkness and shook his head slightly "What could be down there?"

Jen shook her head uneasily.
"I don't like the look of this," She muttered, "Be careful vampire. You are a strong fighter, but I fear there are stronger things than you down there."
She gripped her rapier tightly, getting it ready for a fight. She knew situations like these far too well. And they often ended in death.

"I am fully aware of that, thank you very much, miss." Martel muttered, more to himself than the rest of the group. He was an honorable man, but prideful as well. He was not going to show it, but admitting that he wasn't the strongest was something that in a way dented his pride. The knights took defensive positions, lifted their shields and readied their weapons. Half were carrying swords, the other half maces.

The drunk brawler had followed the group, surprisingly not talking at all. When they got to the bottom, there came noises, but Emma didn't notice. She was to disgusted by the odd substance they were standing in. "Bloody 'ell! What in god's name is this stuff?!" She said. It wasn't exactly a yell, nor was it a whisper, but somewhere in between. "It smells like my brothas afta a long day of work!" She glanced at the others, who didn't seem as bothered by the liquid. "What's goin' on?" She asked, frowning.

As they stayed stagnant the ice was very slowly beginning to thaw itself, probably taking hours to get to the point of breaking, even under such a heavy group. As they talked, a large, pulsating eye slowly moved in the substance. It was not lit up, but the bubbling noises could still be heard. Various shadows could be seen in the mucky water like liquid. The eye was yellow on the outside, and looked more like the eye of an amphibian that a human, though it had red veins in it regardless. Getting rather close to the group, it seemed to watch them curiously.

[Lunar]

"I don't like giant eyeballs" Visel said in disgust looking down the whole where she had just made a slide to. Then stepping back to examine the group to see if anyone else was looking at the strange eye. Taking a drink from her flask she said "if I wasn't trained and experienced in this sort of thing I'd be shaking in my boots" once she was done and put her flask back on her belt she walked over to Emma and said "what do you make of it?" @Framing A Moose
