A Blocking System?

I'm curious if this has been suggested in the past. Some people are great RPers, but absolutely horrible people you never want to deal with we've all had our share, no matter how long one has been RPing. What would it take to implement one here?

If someone is being a horrible person that you don't want to deal with, there's a good chance they're not being Fonz cool. Let one of the moderators know. It's more expedient to take care of the problem at its source.

Blocking a jackass does not mean the jackass has been removed or told to correct their actions. Leaving these issues in addressed by blocking them still means that the person's post can still be viewed by the online non members that visit the site. It creates a bad overall image and can actually harm a community.

I agree with Hank. Report it and something may come of it, but if a mod tells them to pull their head in and they start mouthing you off, then I'm pretty sure they won't survive on the site for very long.

I did that. Absolutely nothing happened. Mod chewed him off, he started harassing me twice as much.

As it says in the Sitewide guidelines:

The mod policy is as follows:
We warn once, we ban once.

It's also:
Please don't make us go there.

It sounds to us like the guy (or gal) has gone there.
