Personality
Miho is a gentle, friendly woman. She wouldn't be seen hurting a fly or heard speaking negatively about anyone, instead she'd prefer to always show a positive attitude and be kind towards anyone and anything. Generally Miho is calm in mostly any situation, it's rare for her to panic or act rashly. Even when her subordinates make mistakes, instead of being angry about it or scolding them, Miho would simply laugh it off and point out what they should of done instead of focus on the mistake itself. She is very empathetic which makes it easy for her to understand the actions of others when taking into account their emotions. Those whom harm without reason puzzle her greatly and almost frustrates her at times. Also, being the caring woman she is, Miho actually enjoys spending time listening to others talk about their feelings, problems and achievements. She always tries to help anyone in need while keeping them from danger, whether they're in her Squad or not or whether they ask for help or not. She isn't one to butt into the affairs of others, however if it's painfully obvious that a person is in desperate need of help and is within an inch of life, she won't hesitate to step in and be the voice of reason.

A vast mirrored ocean with few clouds looming in the sky. Despite Ekitai Seishin's fish-like look, she hovers over the water. The sea floor feels like concrete despite the water's current moving delicately underneath.

Mizu No Disuku/Reitō Shīrudo
(Water Disc/Frozen Shield)
水のディスク / 冷凍シールド

With her staff held out straight, one blade pointing to the sky and the other to the floor, Miho would then quickly spin her weapon 360 degrees to create a disc of water. This can be used as a shield when Miho drops the temperature of the water to below 0; which would freeze the water solid.

Depending on the force of the attack sent towards her, the shield would shatter in 1 - 2 posts | Cooldown is 4 posts.

(Water Tunnel)

Instead of freezing the disc, Miho could pull her staff out of the water before stabbing the centre of the disc with one of the bladed ends of her staff. This would cause a cylinder body of water to shoot out from the disc towards her target. With a slight increase of spirit energy, that water can become boiling hot or freeze within seconds so that whoever is trapped within the tunnel or against the tunnel will feel the heat, be hit by ice or frozen within the tunnel depending on when Miho chooses to change the temperature.

If Miho turns the heat up too much too quickly, the water tunnel would evaporate into water vapour which would be used for another move.

With a swing of her staff, Miho can create water arcs and send them in any direction she wishes.

Miho is able to coat her blades in water before freezing the water covering them, allowing her to produce a stronger impact with each of her landing strikes.

If Miho is able to cover her enemy in the water she produces, her water droplets would seep into the pores of the enemy's skin. This would allow Miho to use her abilities to freeze or heat any part of the body covered by her water.

Cupping a hand over one of her blades, Miho would be able to collect some of the water her blade produces. If she manages to bring this water into contact with her target's mouth and have them swallow, she would then be able to burn or freeze them from the inside. The more water they swallow, the stronger the effect will be. After a certain amount swallowed, whatever Miho does next will have a long-lasting effect on the opponent. Basically the result of this move can range from a singed or frozen tongue or throat to being cooked from the inside out or completely freezing the stomach and any organs in contact in order to smash them to pieces, or for whatever other reason.

Instead of gathering water, if Miho turns a water tunnel into water vapour and the enemy inhales this vapour, Miho would still be able to burn or freeze them from the inside with this move, attacking a different set of organs and perhaps bones.

Continuing from move 1, after evaporating her water tunnel Miho would be able to leave the water vapour in the air for 3 posts. Within that time frame, she would be able to turn each droplet into a needle of ice. In seconds a thousand needles would be created, ready to be shot into any target. She'll be able to shoot as many or as little as she'd like at a time until they're all used.

Non-lethal Zanpakuto Skills

- Miho can use her heating ability to warm the body of a patient and sooth any aches and pains while allowing her heated water to penetrate the skin and relax the muscles. Reboot

This is a Reboot of an already existing RP. As we (The GM's) didn't like how the RP was going with the current story and felt like the system was more complicated than need be. So with this Reboot everything has been made simpler! People will be able to take Captain, Lieutenant and Seated positions almost immediately and so we will need quite a lot of people. As this is Bleach and also focuses mainly on the Gotei 13 we will need a lot of people to fill in the positions. Ideally we need most Squads to have a Captain, Lieutenant and a couple of seated members as the Captains duties will involve personally training their Squads, going out on missions with their Squad and more. Ideally we want Captains to be hands on with their Squads and give them plenty of things to do.

Nairin listened to Amaya's words, tightening her hands into fists as she wasn't the only one lost... What on earth was happening? A feeling nested within her gut screamed something bad was going on, something really bad... "Ignore Shinzo. I don't know what the fuck that was about either, but if he isn't going to tell me why then I don't give a shit. I'm pretty sure Squad Two would of moved out the area. Anyway, it looks like we're both out of luck here, we'll have to find out ourselves" Looking around, the scarce amount of Shinigami that were within the vicinity seemed panicked. Nairin wasn't going to stand for this. Whoever that voice was, he wasn't welcome in her books.

Turning around, Nairin flicked her head forward to beckon Amaya. "I say we head to Central 46. If there is anyone there, no doubt they would know something. I don't think they'd let us in but I can't think of anyone else who would know anything... other than that Squad Twelve Captain, he's a smart cookie. I don't want to go straight to the Head Captain's barracks just yet... I have a feeling that we won't be welcome there... So what'cha say? Central 46 or Squad Twelve?" Nairin looked back over her right shoulder to Amaya, awaiting her decision.
