Del Rosas always found good enough people here, he wouldn't fail the captain this time, he would be rewarded for his actions, actually do something with his life besides recruit. He would be more like Rachel.
"They, will, come." He said the words calmly, but he sounded stressed, as if he had said it a million times, which at this point he probably did.
"Fine, but I'm leaving!""They'll take that out of your pay check, y'know.""They pay you, not me!""And you wonder why!" Del Rosas called out his last snarky remark before the grunt left.
He sat on a stone, looking at trainers for signs of strength, something that might prove their worth to Team Nexus, but he saw none. Until a boy and girl came up the route. The boy, he felt like he had seen him before, but the girl, he hadn't, and she looked next promising.
