Personality: Devin was always the quiet and shy one. He doesn't like to talk much, as he fears people will judge him by what he has to say,M but he also fears people will judge him for not talking. Most of the time,mic he really wants to say something, but then his passive side will take over, and let someone else speak over him. Devin doesn't have many friends, but the ones he does have, he usually let's them do what they want to do, and he will follow. He doesn't have much control over situations, and when a bad one breaks out, he's usually the first one to panick, and the one to panic the most, as he has never truly dealt with anything bad before,mass most of the time he locks himself away and listens to music and avoids anything and everything.

While Devin is quiet, he does have his playful side. If you catch him in a good mood (which is almost never) you can make him laugh and he'll tell (though very bad ones) jokes. But once that one moment of laughter is gone, he goes back to his normal quiet self. Even though he lets it happen, Devin gets angry when someone speaks over him. But since he can't comprehend even his own feelings, he bottles his rage up inside a very tiny tube, until he can't anymore and explodes at the next person who talks to him. Sometimes this results in his lack of friends, which in turn aids his loneliness, which causes him to lead a quiet life, where he gets over spoken, which causes him to explode and the cycle continues. 

Though Devin is shy he can sometimes be brave. He is not afraid to speak his mind in the loudest voice he can, which is most of the time the quietest voice for everyone else. He wants to be grave, but finds that he can't, and when his moment is over, he once again goes back to being himself. With his lack of friends, Devin isn't really funny (hence the bad jokes) so even if someone wanted to be around him, they would find it hard to, as most of the time he talks, it's about how miserable and sorrowful his life is. With this personality, Devin doesn't seem fit for the task of traveling to the Stargate, but the small amount of courage in him, tells him he must, or the Pokemon world will cease to exist.

History: Devin wasn't from the Pokemon world. He was taken from his life in his sleep, though he probably like this life more than his in the human world. He was a victim of bullying because of his shyness and loneliness. Devin tried to avoid them when he can, but they always seemed to catch up to him. He couldn't comprehend the idea of talking to his parents about, so he continued his lonely life being bullied without anyone knowing. When Devin wasn't being bullied, he was either in class, or reading. Reading is one of the only things he likes to do. He likes to emerge himself in other worlds, but it happening in reality was a little to much for him.

At first he thought it was all in his head, but somewhere in the back of his mind, he knew the Pokemon world was a real physical thing. The warm vibe that the town gave off was a bit surprising, as well as the good naturedness of the Pokemon around him. But the Pokemon became a little too good natured, and he was crowded with attention. All of it was too much for his little mind to process. He grew to live in the town library, immersing himself in a virility of books that he somehow knew how to read.

From then on he warmed up a little to te townsmon, but still remained his quiet little self. He didn't dare divulge the truth to anyone about who he was. Instead he would wait till he found the right person that he could trust, but so far that person hasn't come along yet. He spends his days in the library, occasionally talking quietly to those who walked by. No one has yet discovered who he was, except the people who found him of course, but most say he is an unfamiliar face, so he keeps to himself around those people, but is happy to have made acquaintances with most of the local mon. If your looking for Devin, he will either be in the library, or eating.
