Your...what? Um, uh...Emperor Yvor the Wise sends his condolences, I guess.

Why hello there friend. Any chance Survaek could return for some new fantasy nation adventures? :D

The Reichskonkordat was about the self-preservation of the Church. Catholic Churches in Germany were defenceless against molestation once the Nazis took power, and the Vatican was quite literally surrounded by fascists.I maintain that Hitler was not Christian, in spite of the irrelevance of his religious affiliation to his actions. When he used Christian symbols (which even itself wouldn't say definitively) he used them alongside pagan ones, and he both publicly and privately opposed the existence of the Church and their teachings as blights against the natural order.

"Hey! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!!! YOU'RE USING COMMON SENSE!!!"

Shouldn't that take, like, one post?

Dear sweet innocent, naive mdk. Hell no.

When a squabble gets continually longer with each post, that means that the people involved aren't interested in resolving the issue, or in learning any lessons, or in growing, or whatever. The only exception to the rule is when a single piece of information, for instance a related experience, or a quote from a reputable source, drives your response to be longer than the original question asked.

So what are people interested in accomplishing, by posting increasingly longer arguments?

For me. Elucidating certain points and view points to the extent that will be coherent to all participating parties.
Also, just so I'm clear, this Beast isn't smart like X-Men's Beast?

Yeah, I saw. Looks like a shitstorm in the making. Though you may want to note that Hank won't care much, or as much as you hope he will, as his family did lock him up in a basement, only to have him escape. If you already have, then just keep that in mind. Can't wait to see what happens though.

He has Hank's son too. ;)

Yeah, sure, I'll let him know. He's a real great guy, though I haven't met him in person. I'll be sure to tell him.

Hank McCoy's family ith in twubble!
"We're glad that you could come for this meeting today. So we understand that you've finally began to improve out of your previous conditions. We're glad that you're doing better. We have some important questions for you that we would like you to answer today." They put down markers and plate sized boards on the table. "First thing is, we would like you all to write down this monster you keep saying you see in your nightmares and dreams."
The Gauntlet Islands
"You'll never get away with this!" Edna McCoy scolded The Predator. "I'm not the one in a dangerous position madam. The ones in such a position of trouble are you, your husband, your grandchild and your son I intend to make The Beast come to me. He will come to me alone, and he will work for me. If he doesn't there's plenty of trouble I can cause, and you, dear woman, are the least of his troubles if he fails to comply with my demands. Nevertheless, I am not a monster." The Predator joked laughingly behind his mask. "You can live in comfortable ease and relax while you are waiting. I don't intend to harm you. Unless you make yourselves a bother. I will now leave you in your new home here. If you need anything to eat or drink, the dispensers can replicate anything you could want. Go ahead and make your fatty McDonald's hamburgers if you want. Sloppy Joes. Pizza, and all that American tasty swill that make you all so soft and cuddly.'

The Predator left their Chambers behind as the family of Hank McCoy waited in shock for them to leave. The Predator turned around. "Oh, and one more thing. I am not above changing my mind on your . . . ease of comfort, or the lack of discomfort I am more than capable of rectifying."
