Biography
Six years into First Great Jedi Purge, there were still Force-sensitive children born throughout the Galaxy, and there were still Jedi of old who survived the initial execution of Order 66 who were able to secure them--no matter how dangerous. Novis was one of these lucky few, found by Jedi Master Uvell in 13 BBY not long after his birth on one of the last Jedi havens, Dantooine. Master Uvell took Arlis and trained him in the ways of the Order until the Empire's dark hand stretched into one of the last vestiges of light.

Uvell entrusted Novis' welfare to artificer Antron Bach, a buyer and seller of Jedi lore and records. Bach and Novis set course for an abandoned Geonosian colony with old Jedi artifacts in hand. Stationed on an unnamed moon, Arlen began his training in the old ways of the Order. From basic Jedi codes and ethics to the various lightsaber forms, Arlen quickly learned and applied the teachings from the holograms and manuals instructing him on the various parts of combat weaponry. All was well until the Empire's reach expanded into the far depths of space. Once more, Novis was forced to flee. This time to the Freeworlds territories where he was to be housed and trained by one of Bach's few remaining Jedi contacts. It is here Arlen bloomed, excelling in sheer application of the seven lightsaber forms in particular. He showed a stark aptitude for combat: with lightsabers, blasters, and conventional weapons.

He trained in relative peace, growing exponentially in his connection with the Force and his proficiency with its use alongside his lightsaber. In the waning years of the Empire, their reach continued to expand. And so for a third time he was forced to flee from the Empire's fading but still present shadow. He fled to Hutt space where he worked for some minor Hutt affiliates running numbers. After a year of surreptitious work, he was contacted by his old Master and informed of a small enclave of Jedi training under the tutelage of legendary Jedi Councilman and former Grandmaster of the Order, Mace Windu. He took the first shuttle to the enclave where he remains this present day.

Brief History: There is nothing outstanding about Herman. He is a regular kid with no real positive or negative qualities. He hopes to learn to control his magic so others will think him cool and/or respect him more. He was average in school and never displayed any excellent talents. He also worked a fast food job for a year where he also displayed no outright great ability, from which he got fired for his inability to service customers in a timely manner.

Quinton stood with the others, hardly concerned with the guns pointed at his back right now. He had seen hundreds of guns, they all did the same thing--although it they all hurt like hell, still. His head careened in a circle to the armed men in the room and his eyes widened. He piped up again,

"Y'all so aggressive for no reason, joe." He didn't know what else to do, it was apparent through his body language that he wasn't going to resist The Collective Man's request, no, command. What was he going to do, fight? He was a little tired of fighting, in all honesty. With nothing else to do for the moment, he stood in silence and waited.
