Somewhere in a big city is a special pet shop that is a very unique pet shop. These pets are normal looking pets when there are other people around but when just the pet and owner or owners are around, these pets can change their form. However if the owner or owners sign an agreement, the pets can be seen in the form that the owner wants. But the pet will only have one form and will need to be treated as if that is a the only form the pet has.

Let's say that a person comes in and is looking for a companion for a date, signs an agreement, pays the fee, then the pet will take a form of the desired date but the pet can't change into a pet again.
Or if a couple comes in and wants a child of five years, a pet can be obtained that would be seen as a five year old by signing an agreement.

But buyer be aware! The pet will only be a date or a child of five years old. The date will want to go out on a date all day and night while the five year old child will not ever grow old.

Captain was soon back on the ferry and in the captain's quarters. He took his additions to the workshop and put them away. All except the statue. He took the statue to his desk where he sat down to examine it's features more. A sketch pad was close at hand as well as a sharp pencil. He began to sketch specific features and basic shapes......

Yes. The owner signs a contract about the animal which will state what the expectations are and what duration of time that the owner will keep the pet. There will be a part of what will happen if the owner fails to keep all of the expectations.

"Yes it is strange. But if I didn't have such a horrible day, would I have left when I got the letter? Most likely not. Maybe the letter had to reach the people at the right time when they are ready to toss in the towel and just leave your old life behind. There has to be a compelling reason I think to leave a comfortable life. Most probably be ones that need a drastic change or have no means to get ahead in the world. But that is my opinion." Molly spoke calmly.

The Captain carefully placed the statue in the wagon.
"I bet once you are cleaned up, I'll see some worth in you that others will not be seeing. You can be my model for more statues like you. I think that I shall keep you as my model... yes, I shall keep you." he spoke as he turned to head back to the ship. He was waiting for anyone to go to the Island.

"Yes. You are the first members of our society. The rest of us who are here in the Inside have been raised Inside. We know of but never had the same opportunity to live like the outsiders do. Once there are more that wish to be servants, then you each will lead a group called a triangle. Dresden will lead the male group while Molly will lead the female group. Our numbers are small which is why we have decided to allow outsiders to join."

Molly was totally surprised about being a leader in this society.
"How many will each of us have in our triangle?"

"I have no clue as to how many will want to join an become a member of the Island." was the answer.
