Looking for Players who wish to learn a new way of doing magic

For example, let's take the category Earth/Plants/Healing/Ores/Gems: It can be done in many ways and concentrated on 1 or more part.
If done in the Medieval style, it could be discovering what kind of plants are poisonous and what are beneficial to mankind OR if in the Jurassic Age, it could be about escaping carnivorous plants /or/and finding dragons that could hunt for ores or gems.
Get the idea what I mean when I say it can be done in different ways or in different themes?

What I would like to is an RP about traveling to a new world and learn as you go type of magic. There will be of course rules that govern the magic and the first magics to learn are from within ourselves starting with a Magickal Core and what it takes to become a Magick User.
If there is any interest, I will write up more of my idea.

There will be an interconnected map where we must follow a road system which leads to different cities. I think that each person could lead a section/Magick Lesson Set. The Magick can be from any time Era or View. There are a few requirements but it is how you lead that matters the most and whether or not the Magick is able to be obtained. No one will have a full set of Magickal Abilities. You must rely on others around you to help you get through the maze of interconnecting Highways and Byways.

I have lost my husband last June and I do go down Memory Lane often for while he did not RP, he had a great many suggestions and ideas for me to work with. He even named a few things for the RP World. His was my main muse and best friend in addition to the RL world duties that I now have to do. I hope to speak with a few people who knew and were in my RPs.

A few of us were chatting about our old RPs we did here before it went down. Did Mahz or anyone was able to find any of the old RPs and put them somewhere? We would like to know if there is a way we could recover some of our old character's history.
