Something didn't feel right. This guy was pretty calm for someone who just got separated from his group. The man's speech was eloquent, refined. That could just be how he is, but to Alex it felt like this man had said these things many times over. When Nikki took the pistol of the man, Alex was the one who grabbed it as she continued talking to the newcomer. Alex quickly inspected the gun. He wasn't good enough to tell if it had been shot recently, but he checked to see how many bullets were gone. Only a few, but that could be understandable.

When the conversation turned to the recent bride, Alex wished he had spoke up before Nikki could have said anything. Alex didn't trust easy and anytime someone showed up with a past relation Alex would always wait to speak to someone until talking to the common acquaintance. He did this even before the dead decided to move about. This time Alex would have to do things differently though. Just before James could led the man to his room Alex walked up to them and said, "Hello Malcolm. My name is Alex. I'd like to speak with you. Once you are cleaned up and rested I'll be waiting in the gymnasium." Once he said this Alex left to hide Malcolm's gun.

Alex took the gun and slid the clips in his pockets then said, "Ehh. Not that much action. More or less walking around outside the gates mapping things out as I go. I'm hoping to find a good spot for a forward post. Seeing as no one will let me assist with most things I've been left to think of things. I was thinking having a place to post one or two people outside the gates in a secluded area might give forewarning to some danger. As for the arm though, it's doing better. As long as I don't move it I don't feel any pain. Haru said three weeks, but I'd estimate two and a half before it's healed enough for use." Once he finished his statement Alex could hear noise from down the hall.

Quickly, they moved from the room to the cafeteria where a new man had been carried. The guy was covered in blood and gave a smile that no one should give after the people they were close to had just died. Alex sat on the sidelines and decided he would only step in if he needed to. He did however make a mental note that he would have to speak with whoever was in charge of the building security.

The past few days had been pretty uneventful except for the excitement of the upcoming wedding. Alex didn't really care about it, but he did show up. Afterwords he went down to the gym to workout as best he could. With his left arm unusable and in a sling there wasn't really to much that he could do. So, he decided to practice using his new found Tanto.

He practiced various take down maneuvers that could be performed with one hand. It was difficult to not use his left arm at all, but if he moved it to much it would take longer to heal. After a good while of practicing Alex started to get restless. Being cooped up in this school was aggravating him a little. Alex wanted to leave the school for a bit, but realized that getting a gun would probably be best for his defense. Alex quickly searched for Nikki, and once he got to the leader's room he knocked and once he got confirmation that she was there he opened the door saying, "Nikki, does anyone have a spare pistol that you know of?"
