Alyssa Samara Chase

'Ring, ring.' The sound of her alarm clock blared through her ear. She rolled her head over slightly as she looked at the time it read. All she saw were blurs at first, her sleepy eyes still not adjusted to anything. She blinked a few more times before she actually got to read what it said. '5:15'. "Uhg!" She moaned as she rolled over to the other side of the bed, using a pillow to block her ears. 'Just five more minutes!' She thought to herself. She absolutely hated mornings, especially getting up extra early.

'Ring, ring, ring' The alarm rang again. It took her all the way to the last ring to realise why she had to be up. She through the pillow to the side and sat up. Today was the day, it was finally here. Summer seamed to fly by for her. She wasn't sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing. She wasn't very found of school, but at the same time she loved the magic and she found quidditch very interesting, at the same time she was sad. Part of her wanted to just stay with her family all summer.

The girl wiped her eyes with her hands as she yawned. She stood up and quickly changed putting on a plain pink tanktop and threw over a checkered half-sweater, that tied up in the middle. She slid on a pair of light blue jeans that had a one whole where her knee was, but other than that they were perfect. Quickly she grabbed the brush off of her beruea and brushed it through her hair a few times before we placed it back onto the dresser. She left her hair down like she usually did. It was to time consuming to actually bother to do something with it.

She turned around to her disasterous room and sighed slightly. She had to clean this up before she left, according to her dad. She eyed the time that now said '5:26'. She began to quickly shove everything in the draws and under her bed and in the closet. She was not the even close the most organised person in the world. She constantly lost things. She finished up and made her bed, making it look semi-nice. She took a step back and looked at it. 'Looked fine to her' She thought to herself. She swiped her hands off at the sucky job she did, it looked decent,and better than it usually did, plus she didn't have that much time to do it.

She then quickly ran to her bag and placed a couple of her wizarding books inside. She ended up packing most of her stuff the night before for once. She still procrastinated her homework and stayed up to eleven pm on it. She would of much rather of gone to sleep way earlier than that. She placed the books into her suitcase. She zipped it up and eyed the time one more time. '5:49'. She was on time so far to get on the train just in time. She pulled her suitcase out of her room, closed the door behind her.

She pulled it to the downstairs, where her dad already was in the kitchen, eating a bowl of what of Lucky Charms.

Alyssa looked at the bowl and at the box that read Lucky Charms. "Hey! You better of left me some of the marshmallows!" She joked as she ran over.
Her dad smirked as he took the box and held it above her head, "None for you!"

"What? Not fair!" She complained as she attempted to jump for the box but it was way above her head. "Fine then" Instead of trying to jump again, she took his bowl he had made already. "thank you." She stated as she chuckled a bit and walked around the counter, sat down on he vacant stool on the other side.

"hey!" He exclaimed as he grabbed another bowl and poored another bowl of cereal. He sighed as he poor milk in it and placed a spoon in it, or was about to when it was tooken by Alyssa's older brother as he walked through the kitchen. He sat besides Aly as he said. "Thanks dad!" And then took a bite of the cereal.

The dad threw her hands up in the air as he shook his head. "Do I ever get a brake?" He announced as he sighed. He sighed as he grabbed yet another bowl and poored another bowl of cerial. He finally began eating it.

"So the train leaves at six thirty?" Her brother asked.

Alyssa nodded. "Yea." She said.

The three of them finished up their cerial quickly and placed the bowls into the sink and went to the train station and arrived at six twenty. When they got there they got out of the car and went inside. Platform nine and three quarters. They made it to platform nine and stopped in front of it. Alyssa turned to her dad and gave him a hug. " Bye" She said. She then went to her brother and hugged him also. While her dad began his rambles as he did every year.

"Don't get in trouble, and be safe. Don't do stupid stuff, and comeback for the holidays and right to us a lot! I'll miss you!" He called out.

Alyssa was already running towards the wall. " Yea, yea! I'll miss you two!" She said before she went through the wall. She ended up on the other side and ran over to the train. She stepped onto it, dragging her bag behind her. She walked down the isle as she looked for an open seat.

APPEARANCE:
She is about five feet tall and she doesn’t have any piercings. she has a couple scars but nothing very big. She has blue eyes and she has blondish-brownish hair. She is sort of small and skinnyer than she should be. She wears simple cloths most times and rarely ever would wear something fancy. She has sort of pale skin.

PERSONALITY:
A troublemaker from the first time you meet her to the last. She is very curious and if she is interested in doing something, or interested in some sort of information she will be determined to find out something on it. On the contrary if she’s not interested in it she ends up being lazy, and perhaps she’ll do something like try and get someone else to do it. She tends to do this with all her work and homework and all her classes other than her favorite one, defence against the dark arts. She loves to do new and exciting events and can be quite sneaky. Other than her curiosity, her mouth can get her in trouble at times. If someone makes fun of her she will defend herself and make fun of them back. That is one thing she is almost never scared of no mater what. Along with this she says what shes thinks about something. She doesn’t tend to talk about people behind their backs, but tells them it too there face. She can be a good leader at times also at times, but she isn’t that good at motivating people at doing things. She can be very negative at times and she is really stubborn for what she believes in and refuses to change her opinions about something once she had made it. Even though a lot of this, Alloy can be a person to make a lot of jokes and have lots of fun and is a major tomboy. She enjoys sporty things, such as quiditch. She also likes jokes and the outside a lot. She tends not to pay attention to a lot of things and tends to just zone out of boredom. Also she is almost always moving some part of her body and at times can be distracted sort of easily. She can also be stupid and naive at times.

HISTORY:
Aly always had grown up in manhattan. She originally lived at 73 Kentucky road, england, and has lived there all her life. It was a small duplex building on the corner of the street. It was a one story house. It had three rooms. She also has/ had one older brother. His name was Cameron and he was five years older than Aly. He decided his career based off of his mother’s in honor of her. Their mother, Carson Chase, died from an attack when Aly was nine. Carson was 34 when she died. She was working for the police department. The muggles think that it was a bassare random shooting but it was a bigger cause that she died for. She died for the District Of Magic fighting off someone. It is a mystery of who it was who killed her and there was no information given out on this in an attempt to keep it from being viral news. Her brother found this out quite recently and told her defying the rules of the law. When her mom died Aly was left devastated and was determined to get her back no matter what the methods were. Despite what she tried her mom never came back alive. She learned for herself that it's impossible to regain someone who died. Learning this she began to push people away not wanting to ever have that feeling again. Along with this she began to ignore her dad, Wilson Chase, and went out whenever she wanted to. She would go out to the park with a couple of her friends who were older than her. These ‘friends’ invited her into her group at first. They made her feel special and seemed to be super fun but the truth was far from that. She thought that they were awesome and she just wanted to be like them at the time. This lasted a while. During this her dad was freaking out about her. He didn’t like this much at all. He would try to do everything he could to end this.
Aly found all of this out two years later, right before she had gotten her school invitation letter. Her friends were nice too her for a while and showed her a lot of cool things. They slowly taught her how to do a lot of things, most illegal. They slowly did it though to make it less obvious that it was stuff she wasn’t supposed to be doing. They were completely using her and would have her give envelopes and stuff to certain people. Aly didn’t exactly realise this stuff at all. There wasn’t anything to worry about in her mind. ‘Just don’t look at it. ‘ Was one of the only rules. She ,like a lot of other rules, broke this before but nothing happened and no one realised. There was nothing interesting to her in it though. Just a couple of plastic bags with powder inside. She didn’t seem any harm in continuing this so she did. Her dad began to give up on changing this thinking there was no way possible. He knew about the school and he hoped he would be contacted about it soon. Very very soon. She was about the age and he hoped they still would accept her. He thought that if he sent her to that school she would change this. Aly stayed with the group till one night, on friday the 1st of august. It was friday and it was the annual hang out day. They went to an old cemetery that night. It gave Aly the creeps that they went there. It was so spooky and weird. They went to one of the graves. While they were there they were all making a bunch of jokes. Nothing harmful at first, then one of them pulled out a bottle of vodka. They all laughed and began to drink it heavily. Aly seemed to be just there. It was the first time they had actually gotten drunk in front of her. She understood somewhat what they were doing because of school. There was a lesson on this in health/gym class in third grade. They didn’t go that much in depth about it though. She didn’t want any part in it though, and it seemed as if she got the exact opposite of her wish. One of them offered her a sip. She shook her head no and refused. They got mad at her and kept telling her she needed to drink it all up. She refused. One of the teens kicked her and the others joined in. They got a few kicks as Aly laid on the ground motionless screaming out and tears coming out of her eyes. After a few kicks a boy yelled out, “hey leave her alone she’s just a kid.” The teens. The teens looked at him and laughed and the man punched one of them in the face. The rest of them ran away. Aly looked up at the man. She didn't know who it was at first, but she figured out that it was her brother Cameron. She felt so sorry for everything she did. She got up even though it still hurt a lot and gave him a hug. He hugged her back and brought her home. Her and her dad made up after a long conversation. She got a letter saying she was invited to Hogwarts. It took a lot of convincing for her dad to agree to it, but a eventually he did, and she was super happy. She ended up boing, and made sure to go back home for every holiday.
Magic

WAND:

It is about nine and a quarter inches. It is made of wood and has carvings of snakes. She never knew where the carvings came from but they looked so cool to her. It's about 1.5 inches thick. This wand was said to be an ancient, from the early wizards made with a dragon's tail and a serpent's scale. (I don’t know but it rhymes)) . She’s had this wand since her first year when she went to Diagon Ally.

BOGGART:
Aly isn’t scared of many things but is afraid of some things. She is afraid of spiders due to one morning when she was in bed. She got bit by one and had to go to the hospital and almost died that since she was allergic. Ever since then she’s been scared of spiders worried they would bite her again though that chance was very unlikely. Also, she is scared and afraid of losing or having the ones she trusted turn on her. She doesn’t act like it's true and tries her best to hide it. She has had this fear ever since her mom died/ friends.
