@Anza: Raikou gets a boost from being summoned in Japan. Since she's so famous, it'd be a pretty large boost. I'm... wary of giving the okay because of this.

Hmm. Would it work if she was paired with a weaker/low mana supply Master, to balance her out? I don't need her to be OP, would just prefer to play her if possible.

If not though then there are plenty of Servants to choose from :)

@Red AliceI brought up the idea of Raikou or Kiyohime to Vita until I realized they'd be a bit too strong in Japan, so I think so.

Is there a hard strength limit, beyond the rules on Noble Phantasms? I was hoping to go with Raikou...

I'm Anza! I enjoy doing this thing called 'roleplaying' sometimes. You've probably never heard of it, so let me explain: it's where you find another person or group and you each take on the roles of imaginary personages to write marvelous stories together.

I've been seeking out a new site to enjoy this hobby, and something about the name 'Roleplayer Guild' gave me a feeling that maybe, just maybe, there might be a roleplayer or two hiding somewhere in these forums.
