I happen to think that taking away the memories and abilities is a good idea. It's different from a lot of other multiverse rps I've seen in the past. Plus, having our characters start out fresh allows everyone the chance to get to know each other, without 'egos' getting involved. Plus, it's always more interesting to have characters discover abilities in an rp as opposed to just having them from the start. Personally, I think it gives more incentive for everyone to dedicate more time and energy into the rp.

I think the loss of all powers is an issue. Iconic stuff should probably say, such as Mario's jumping ability.
So I just need to ask, what's the point of making it a crossover when you take away character abilities and knowledge of origin? And it's all centered on a modern Earth with no explanation for how the actual crossover aspect works too. Wouldn't it be better to just have your own multiverse such as Michael Moorcock's works, RIFTS or similar settings?

What this guy said. It sounds like you'd be better off with something like a video game multiverse or something. Something that has set and fast rules which is what your going for, but it wont make the characters basically vanilla joe, but its mario.
So.... is the story moving anywhere yet?
Light couldn't really figure why so many people here were so angry at this 'director king' guy. Don't they realize what was happening? Maybe she'd have to give them a run down. "Why are so many of you so grumpy?" Light said, showing a toothy smile. She zipped around to each person while saying. "This is the GOVERNMENT and a GOVERNMENT program where they're going to use us as super soldiers! You know what that means? Benefits! Lots and lots of benefits!" She said, jumping for joy when she said benefits right in front of Mr. 'I have no superpowers' guy. "And the fact that the toon lady has to point this out to you means you all need to study up on your tropes." she said, ending in front of the shapeshifter guy.

"Speaking of benefits. Where is the food? Be nice if we all bonded over some catering." Light said, stopping next to red head girl, pulling her close and giving her a one arm hug when she said bonding.
Sure, I got a character that works great for this.
Thinking for a bit about everything, Light was a bit irked at just how bloodthirsty Porci was. "You know... They haven't done a full invasion yet. Maybe we could get lucky and win this diplomatically? At least for now? I can go and scout them until they do something bad. They can't pick me up on their scouters." Light suggested. She highly doubted anything could be solved without fighting with the PTO, but not everyone in the PTO was an evil monster.
So uh... What do we do? just talk more then? GM post did nothing to move the story forward at all.
So, another government agency wanting to use Light for something or something, at least this time it didn't involve knives! Being stuck in a tangle of piano wire, then transported to this place wasn't the most pleasant thing ever, but it could've been worse. Once she was free, she took a look around and saw some other people. She could just escape through one of her holes, but honestly she was more curious to see what was going on. "Well buddy, I'm game for whatever this is. But if you get out the knives or the needles without my consent, I'm out."

Walking a bit forward, she made her presence known to everyone, making sure to wave at everyone. "Hiya everyone, that was fun, wasn't it?"
"Bloody Space Wizard." Willoh said to herself as she saw her shot get stopped in mid air. Considering its speed, he must've sensed the shot beforehand. As she was getting ready to take another shot, gathering some of the ruined metal around her for processing, she heard the characteristic screams of TIE fighters. Looking up, she saw the spherical ships with their silly wings. She never understood why The Empire never put shields or anything on these things if they were supposed to be their primary fighter ships. It was no wonder why they lost the war vs the rebels considering they were so much stronger.

Shifting her colors to a better camo set for the area and turning her other arm into a Gauss cannon as well, she aimed at the TIEs. there weren't that many of them, like 3 or 4, but without bombs there wasn't much hope of them seeing her from that high up. It was a shame there wasn't more smoke around, but then she'd also have some issues with sight as well. Charging up her cannons with a 'vreee' sound as the capacitors were charging, she fired them one after the other in a steady basic rhythm aiming at the TIEs. Considering her weapons didn't glow or emit light like blasters, the TIEs were probably extremely confused when they were flying towards where they thought she was, then suddenly spinning to the ground as their wings were shot off or their engines exploded.

Of course all of her shots made quite a bit of noise, the loud crack of each shot fairly unmistakable from the rest of the background noise. the others down the street no doubt could hear Willoh as she methodically shot down the TIEs, only the last one getting a few shots off in a blind panic before it crashed to the ground. But at this point she looked more like a turret than an assassin droid, with two guns for arms and metal tendrils absorbing whatever nearby metal they could find to fuel the ammunition for her weapons. She didn't need to process them all that much, the shape of a bullet was pretty simple.

When the last TIE had fallen, Willoh set her sights back to the Sith and his ally that had called the TIEs, but kept one gun to the sky in case any more TIEs decided to show up. Again, she kept the same rhythm she used vs the TIEs but this time aiming at the sith. Eventually his 'force' wouldn't be able to block a shot. Although since she was more in a turret mode than a sniper mode, pin point accurate shots weren't really possible. But then all she had to do was hit center mass anyway.
OK I'll get a post up tomorrow. Been busy.
