The downtimes I've seen were for roughly an hour (possibly less) as I remember. It was less that the site was completely down as it was having extreme connection issues on the server end; some portions loaded after 5 minutes, or they "loaded" (with nothing appearing on the screen) for a few minutes and showed up with an application error.

Awaiting some folks who are right in the scene with the demon to make some moves before doing something. If nobody makes a move the demon gets to make all hell break loose on another road.
