If there's a wish it will be granted, and the desire for the wish awakens an Arcana in the Soul Gem, so yes.

No, I love answering questions. It helps me with fixing the mistakes I may have with the mechanics and rules and allows me to interpret them from an outsider's view.

Like it was specified in the OP (I hope you guys haven't forgotten about the Glossary section there), Magic Knights can telepathically check and see how bright their Soul Gems are.
Your Arcanas may only be used while transformed into Magic Knights. Energy sense has a slow, but constant drain on the Soul Gem, which is tiny compared to the drain weapon generation has, but if constantly used can swiftly dim it.

Note that the use of the ability does cost magic, since it relies on the energy sense and especially because it requires you to read specific energy signatures in the heat of battle, which can quickly become taxing to Felice's Soul Gem on the long run.

Felice's ability allows for dodging attacks not even high agility would allow, and with a 360 vision granted by the energy sense, even attacks Felice normally wouldn't know about.

Otherwise fine, but the gold color is already taken by the NPC Dora. Maybe bronze would be a good fit? It's definitely a fighter's color.

You know, I had a rule forbidding emotion manipulations in the wish rules, but I'll actually allow this wish. Not only does it fit with one of the Arcanas I had planned beforehand, but it also ties up nicely into the story. Accepted.

You can go ahead and post: Ryuu will arrive to the rooftop late and then witnesses the wish-making others have made.
