I want to write, but don't ever seem to have the drive anymore. Every time I come back to this place and pop in to see how things are going, I want to come back. But I just can't seem to stick around.

At this point I think it’s safe to say I hate college, since I’m in my graduating semester with 6 classes, but I’m also pretty anxious about whatever will happen once I’m finally done.

It's been 4 years so I may as well put something in here, right?

I tend to enjoy worlds verging on the bleaker side of things, not really sure why. I like 'em gritty and somewhat grounded, with a reasonable amount of realism (fun takes priority though, ofc). I guess I just like having a sense that defeat is right around the corner, though overwhelming odds are always best saved for those wonderful moments when everyone feels like a total badass regardless of victory or defeat.

I've really wanted to find an RP set in the worlds of Red Dead, Hunt: Showdown, For Honor, the Metro series, and a few others I can't remember at the moment. Any time I look I come up empty-handed, but I'd still like to find one.

Personality: When given orders he will follow them, but if he sees a better opportunity to get the job done; he'll take it. He's also a usually quiet guy, though he will joke around.

Vanguard Type: Gen-2
Vanguard Look and Description of weaponry: 

Delta Silver is equipped with twin artillery cannons mounted on its back, which flip over the shoulders to aim and fire. These cannons are slow firing, but can deal an excessive amount of ranged damage. If both cannons were to be fired at once, the sheer force risks toppling the Vanguard over backwards. In short, Delta's artillery cannons are long-range powerhouses; capable of easily taking out targets at a distance while struggling up close.
Delta Silver is also equipped with twin plasma caster prototypes, built into the forearms. Both forearms can split and open up to allow for the firing of medium-range plasma projectiles, which are semi-automatic. Faster rates of fire increase the power drain on the Vanguard, as well as increasing the risk of overheating(therefore inflicting heat damage on self). These plasma casters can also generate a 10 meter long energy blade, which can only last a few seconds at a time before dissipating.

Bio: John lived a fairly average life, and was always interested in sci-fi. Growing up, he never would have thought that he would ever be controlling a giant robot to fight giant monsters. Now, as he pilots Delta Silver, he has received extensive ranged weapons training and a decent amount of close quarters combat training.
