Ronan barely paid attention as Charlie had went down after the warrior below. Mainly focusing on bringing himself to a calmer and less easily irritated state by some controlled and calm breathing practices. The time that had been passing along had not been a worry for Ronan at the time. In fact time had barely even slipped into his mind among the few rising worries that had aggravated him. In truth, the irritation had mostly been directed at the companions in a manner of speaking and it would be odd that that wasn’t at least a bit obvious.

It seemed the more heavily armored and prepared warrior would be on guard duty. Which was relieving to a degree. Getting up and down the rope with a full suit of armor may have been difficult for the said person. Not likely that the rope would break seeing as it was of good quality, just would seem to require more effort (at least to Ronan’s imagination).Either way it was Ronan’s turn to descend as Tamra had called upward. He grasped onto the rope tightly and began his quick yet careful descent downward among the others.

“So we have to get thinking with portals then?” Ronan would say on the last bouts of his descent.
“Didn’t the book have some directions or something like that earlier?” Ronan stated looking at the three different archways. “Maybe someone was able to go into the portal but was the wrong one..or something else, unappealing was on the other side waiting..”
Bondi noticed the doorway of course having been looking at it through a storm trooper’s helmet. Man it was really hard to see or notice anything in these poor things. Why would anyone wear these? They were absolutely terrible! Bondi would then remove it, not wanting an obscured or limited vision anymore. Now noticing that Bruno was looming over Zhou and being briefly surprised by this. The two had looked so far apart when the helmet was on Bondi’s head.

It seemed someone new had seemed to arrive on the scene. A superhero looking person that offered to get rid of the door issue. Bondi had barely noticed that Benny the skeleton had called out for help. The slime decided to ignore such a bit, being somewhat bitter for being suddenly thrown about and seeing as the slime was no longer it, the creature didn’t want to turn back to suddenly be tagged.

“Crack it open a little if you can, please” Bondi would state, and would temporarily have to slip out of its skull at the door. Aiming to try and slip between the two doors and get to the other side seeing as it could squeeze through small cracks and the like and mold itself in various shapes. Hoping that someone would assist further if there was any issue.
Ronan cursed out in Abyssal at the foolishness or the perceived foolishness of the repeated situation. He would have rushed over to check if the swordsman was okay but it seemed someone was already checking upon the swordsman and in all honesty, Ronan was grow a bit more furious than caring. Deciding to dismiss the swordsman injuries for the time being as it would only slow Ronan down with more frustration and worry he immediately got to work on securing rope to the pedestal as best he could and mostly focusing on that task. Figuring since that since there was over 60 feet of it, it would be more than enough for the task and Ronan would doubly make sure of such through the process.
At the end of said process he would offer the rope that was free and not tied around the pedestal to Charlie, or the monk to somewhat prove Ronan’s own earlier point. He was rather too irritated for dealing with much else at the moment and if anyone was able to catch a glimpse of Ronan’s face during the process it would read very clear.

@DreadPirate
I'll try and get something up this friday.
agreed
Ronan seemed to be following along with what was being said until the mentioning of the stairs being destroyed. Which he quickly looked to double check himself, having not paid much attention to them in the first place. The monk and the damage caused to them had really brought up most of his worries, and they were beginning to flare up again.

“A way back? A way back, yes. Simply then does anybody have something to hold down rope? An anchor of some sort would likely help, maybe a group of large stones of nothing else is to be found. Something heavy to simply hold it in place, and I am pretty sure everyone has rope or at least most of us should have brought it for preparing for this trip right?” Ronan said looking to the group and seemingly drifting away from the issue of the book.

It was seeming some worry was getting the best of him. The thought of the whole place flooding and the rest of the group trapped to drown in this place was rather flashing its way through his mind every now and again.
Perrin waited there for a few moments and listened closely to the rather professional sounding response from Hitori. It would likely be clear that Perrin was listening to the description rather intently. He was making a rather curious mental note on the taste of the fire like creature, or at least the particular organ that had been eaten. Perhaps it could be used to make something in the future or simply use for a snack all by itself. After all the treat from the description given sounded quite delightful with perhaps a minor exception of the smokiness part, but that was more personal preference over regular taste.

“Sounds fine enough, although would you mind clearing up how a pizza tastes? Don’t think I have ever tried one of those things but Pineapple’s odd sweetness is enjoyable on the rare occasions I’ve caught it in the market. Some say it makes good cookin’ with ham, and I wouldn’t disagree but ham is just as good without, personally anyways.” Perrin briefly scratched at his neck.

“Coziest corner?” Perrin would briefly and try and bump a soft fist into Hitori’s shoulder. “Well if you want a place to hide away in for a time, I’m unsure but I definitely know where the beds seem to be!” Perrin would get up. “Broke one in a little to make it the coziest. Think I can lead you to it.”
Should I post or wait a bit longer?
Bondi huffed a bit and remained inside the helmet for a few moments longer. Unsure and of course not getting what the poor trooper had been trying to say. It did not really figure out the trooper was having such a hard time speaking because of the slime that was in the way to begin with. The sudden shift in balance of the person tumbling toward the floor rather caught Bondi off guard and brace itself in a flinch from fear. Simply waiting for the moment being, bracing itself for some form of impact that would come from the landing and it did! Bondi would likely be sent into a slight wobble or jiggle from the harsh landing.

Bondi was still bracing itself a bit more, expecting something more to occur. Seeing as everything began to shake a few seconds after it rather appeared it was not over yet! The trooper that Bondi had tagged had gone flying for some reason unknown to it! The trooper’s helmet fell off, and apparently Bondi had fallen off as well! The slime would likely end up landing inside and filling the helmet as it had been before.

It seemed everything had ended with a voice warning of a black knight of some sort. Bondi would slowly peek around out of its fearful flinching state. It seemed the chaotic rumble had finished. It would slowly slink out from the helmet, and likely wear the attire around itself or on top of its skull as it slinked slowly toward Zhou and the curious looking double door. Bondi would give it a quick look over.
