I mentioned going into why Superboy and Manhunter look the way they do, so I'm gonna go into it LOL

Superboy was originally a blue suit I'd made for Val Zod [Superman of Earth 2], with a hood I added because for a time in the comics he wore one often in his civilian clothes. I colored it the way I did because it's equal parts Superboy from Young Justice Season One [his all white solar suit] and New52 Superboy. I love putting white into Super-people suits. However I thought it was lacking with a simple red S on white like in the cartoon, so I made the pieces inside the S black like the New52 suit and it tied the design together much better.

Manhunter was a bit harder because it was a lot of detail thrown into essentially a bulky bodysuit. After reworking the bodysuit from an older design, it didn't start coming together until I made the shoulders the way they were. Sorta like metal trim used in tons of 90's era comic designs. Then I remembered the last Manhunter in the comics, Kate Spencer, had similar details on her shoulders depending on the artist. I'd planned on adding knives and such across the suit but the more I added the bulkier and messier the whole micro looked. So in the end it wound up looking more like Daredevil than Punisher.

Hope everybody likes them! If anybody wants I can make avatars like the one I'm using [bout to change it to Longshadow though LOL]. IC will be posted sometime early tomorrow, probably around lunch time.

I love it. I may have have Supergirl change into that costume later and become Superwoman at some point, but that’ll be like a character development thing.

Also, Zatara is adorable. Kara may be crusing on him, but we’ll see.

BRIEF Bio: Kara Zor-El was thirteen years old when Krypton exploded, and she was put on a rocket ship by Zor-El and Allura, and sent off to look after her baby cousin Kal-El. Kal-Els rocket made it to Earth, while Kara's rocket got stuck in a Kryptonite asteroid and the pod's emergency systems put her in suspended animation.

Kara finally crash landed on Earth many years later. She was found by her cousin who was now known to the world as Superman. Wanting his cousin to have a normal life, to took her to live with the Danvers family. She lived a relatively normal life of an Earth girl. Superman taught her how to control her powers, and how to adjust to Earth. Meanwhile, she taught him about his homeworld of Krypton.

At some point she wanted to become a hero herself. She adopted the name Supergirl, and Clark even made her a costume. She worked with her cousin mostly since she had to balance the life of a teenage girl with superheroics. For a while she was mostly known as Superman’s kid sidekick...

And then Superman died, forcing her to step up and be Metropolis’ protector, and a hero in her own right, as well as balancing that with being a college student and passing her classes.

Potential Storylines: Mainly character development. Supergirl learns to be her own hero, instead of trying to be her cousin. Also, character interactions with the rest of the group. That’s important.

Origin/God of: Greek Goddess of Love and Beauty



Apperance: When she was a full fledged goddess, Aphrodite changed her looks all the time. Now that she’s mortal, she’s stuck with one look, at least for now. Either way, she’s still beautiful, and she won’t let anyone forget it. She has a fair skin complexion, that is smooth and blemish free. She almost appears to glow. Her face is heart shaped, and her features are soft and feminine. She stands at 5’7” and has an hourglass figure. Her hair falls into long and luscious strawberry blonde curls. Her eyes are almond shaped and a deep violet color.

God history: Aphrodite

Personality: Aphrodite is very vain. She believes herself to be the most beautiful woman in the world, and everyone should worship the ground she walks on. Challenging her beauty in any way shape or form is the fastest way to earn her wrath. She’s also very flirty towards men. She’s had many affairs with gods and mortals alike. Other women are competition though which is why she tends not to get along with them. She doesn’t like fighting, and she prefers to manipulate others to get things done for her. Even so, she was a love goddess at one point. She loves love and truly believes in the idea of true love for everyone.

Weapon(s): You expect her to wield a weapon? Don’t be ridiculous! Let the big strong men do the fighting. She does have a golden girdle that makes her even more irresistible, but it’s just a regular gold belt right now.

Working on the OOC and some micros for this, then got blindsided by the comics event that was once called 5G now titled Future State. DC... this looks like one of my RP's. LOL

I mean Supergirl is OP, but when you can basically say “niaR etinotpyrK“ And defeat Superman that way, who cares how invulnerable you are.
