Marked by a round face, large expressive blue eyes, and a small nose. These features give him a rather youthful appearance. He keeps his blonde hair short and spiky. His build is slim and wiry, with very basic muscle definition. He has a fair skin complexion. He has Some people have called him cute, but Danny gets embarrassed when people talk about him like that.

Danny doesn't really have much in the way of fashion sense. He dresses how he thinks looks cool. His wardrobe mostly consists mostly of T-shirts, jeans, and sneakers. He always wears pink and purple, his favorite colors. No matter what anyone says, he won’t change that. He currently wears a pink T-shirt with a short sleeved pink and white jacket over it, a pair of purple jeans, and purple and white high top sneakers. He wears glasses for near sightedness.

Personality:
Danny is something of a shy introvert. The fact that he was bullied a lot when he was younger. He prefers to keep to himself, or at the very least small groups. He tries hard to be friendly, if only to get people to like him so he won’t be bullied anymore, but a lot of the times ends up just being awkward. He usually perks up when the conversation goes in a direction he’s interested in. When he’s interested in the subject matter, then he keeps talking and talking.

He gets nervous very easily. He tries to hide that by making jokes and being witty, but all that seems to do is make people want to punch him. He really wants to be brave and cool, but he finds being that kind of person difficult. He’s shy and self conscious, and gets embarrassed when he gets any kind of attention good or bad. He gets particularly nervous around guys he happens to find attractive. At that point, he starts stammering. He’s not good at flirting.

He’s in many ways a complete geek. He loves science, reads a lot, loves computers and the Internet, enjoys playing video games. He also likes cute things, and the color pink. He has a small collection of plushies at home. It was something he was bullied for in the past. He’s not very good at sports either. Naturally, he likes both Megaman Battle Network, and Digimon.

History:
David and Denise Davis gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Daniel. They had a difficult time having a baby, so when they finally had Danny, he was their miracle baby. They cherished him, and wanted to do their best to give him every advantage in life.

Growing up, Danny discovered he was rather intelligent. He did very well academically. Science was his favorite subject. However, he was also introverted and quiet and did not do well socially. He was often picked on by other kids because of it. Not helping the matter was the fact that he liked the color pink as well cute things, and other stuff that was stereotypically girly. He preferred to play with Barbies and stuffed animals while other boys liked playing with Hot Wheels and Football. He also wasn’t very good at sports. While he had supportive parents at home, he had a difficult time making friends at school.

His most consistent bully is a boy named Skyler. At one point, Danny had a crush on him. Danny worked up the nerve to confess his feelings. Of course, those feelings were not mutual. Skyler laughed in his face, and outed him to the whole school. It was embarrassing, and made going to school much more difficult. Now Skyler picked on him regularly. Things often escalated to violence for trivial reasons, like if he got a better grade than him on an exam. He didn’t dare tell anyone. Things only got worse when you snitched.

He endured it for years, and did his best to get by. He wanted to be cool, brave, and popular. No matter how hard he tries, he always has trouble pulling it off.

Also like her tamer, she also tends to run on emotion more than logic, and often acts rashly as a result.

(Poison Oak is an Ecoterrorist. He uses his plant based powers to commit crimes to make things better for plants. Which often involves hurting/killing people. Or he commits crimes to make money to fund his experiments. He’s not out for world domination. He just wants to hurt the world that has been so cruel to him.

“Poison Oak”

Appearance:

Summary: Poison Oak is an Ecoterrorist. He uses his plant based powers to commit crimes to make things better for plants. Which often involves hurting/killing people. Or he commits crimes to make money to fund his experiments. He’s not out for world domination. He just wants to hurt the world that has been so cruel to him.

His biggest crime was overruning his city with plants, and turning the citizens into plant hybrids like himself that he could control. The local heroes managed to stop him before this fully came to fruition.

Legacy: Growing up, Florian had always been a strange young man. He was fascinated by plants, which others found to be odd. He was often bullied by others because he was physically weaker, psychologically delicate, and because of his interest in plants. Due to the bullying, Florian usually preferred plants to people. Plants didn’t judge him.

In spite of the bullying, Florian (who often went by his last name Pine because people made fun of his first name.) was an intelligent young man. He eventually earned a P.hD in Botany and Biochemistry, and was employed with a University, while under the age of thirty. There, he was still bullied by most of his colleagues. Only one colleague was nice to him. Dr. Evan Dendron. A handsome male scientist, and the only one who showed Pine any ounce of respect. He defended him from bullies, and was the only one who believed in Pine’s work. Pine had developed a crush on him.

Pine was developing a method that would allow humans to photosynthesize, thus solving world hunger. However the Dean of the University showed no interest because they couldn’t profit from it. As the funding for his experiments was about to be cut, Pine performed an experiment on himself to prove his theories were correct. However, something went wrong, and Pine was transformed into a half-plant half human creature.

The process gave him his abilities, and also gave him more confidence, but also drove him nuts... He killed the scientists who bullied him, as well as the Dean. He then attempted to woo Evan. He rejected Pine because he already had a girlfriend. Plus, there was the whole murder thing. Evan wasn’t down fot that. Heartbroken, and a little insane, Pine held him hostage, and attempted to perform the same experiment to turn the object of his affection into a plant too. He was ultimately stopped before anything could happen. However, from then on, Florian Pine was dead. Poison Oak had been born. He became one of the most feared villians of his universe.

Personality: Once upon a time, Pine was a shy and nerdy young man. He didn’t have an easy time socializing with people, and also didn’t have much confidence. He often preferred his plants more than other people’s company. After the accident, Pine developed a lot more confidence, but also drove him a little nuts. He still is fascinated with plants, but now he treats them like his babies.

Some days, Pine hates humanity. His experience with being bullied, along with the way people take nature for granted, makes him think the world would be better off without humans. He can be rude to people when he first meets them. He can still be rude even after he first meets them. While he’s not opposed to using his powers for violent means, even outright killing people if necessary, he does know he needs some people around to produce CO2 for his plants to function. He resorted to villiany to hurt the world that had been cruel to him.

There are other times when Pine longs for human companionship. If anyone shows him even the slightest hint of kindness, he will be all for it. He’ll cling to that person and be their best friend. At least until he perceives they did him wrong in some way. In general, his emotions can vary wildly at any given time.

At times Pine can be flirty with people he finds attractive. He’s bisexual, but prefers men.

Signature Ability: Chlorokinesis: Poison Oak has the ability to control all forms of plant life on a molecular level. He also has expertise in Botany and biochemistry that lets him develop mutant plants, and create and bring to life plants that were long thought to be extinct.

Apex Abilities:

Plant Physiology: Being part plant, he can breathe CO2, allowing him to survive in places that lack oxygen. He can also Photosynthesize, so he can go long periods of time without eating or sleeping (though he can still do both if he chooses.) He does require sunlight and water to function. He is physically stronger and faster while under sunlight. Being cut off from sunlight can weaken him, and eventually kill him. He can turn his skin from green back into a normal tone to blend in with society. He prefers his green skin though.

Regeneration: If you cut off a limb, it will grow back. Even if you kill him, he’ll just regrow somewhere else eventually.

Pheromones: His body can produce pheromones to control the behavior of others. Those with strong wills can usually resist though.

Poison: His body can produce a variety of plant based toxins. They can have a variety of effects from merely knocking people unconscious, making people happy, or outright killing them. He often delivers his Poison through a kiss.

Poison Immunity: He is also immune to Poisons himself
