Appearance: Tora is around 5'4" to 5'5" with an hourglass figure and a weight of 128 pounds. She has light skin, dark orange hair in a high side ponytail with a pair of goggles adjusted to be a hairpiece attaching it, brown eyes, one earring on her earlobe, and a tiger paw's tattoo under her bellybutton. Her main outfit consists of a white tanktop under her orange denim sleeveless vest with brown stripes on the back, matching orange denim shorts with dark brown suspenders, and brown boots with white knee-high socks. However, she used to have brown hair in a low side ponytail with a black ponytail holder.
Personality: She can be laid-back and easy-going when she wants to, though if things get serious, then she gets serious as well. She has a level of intelligence and knowledge in some areas, though she can be clueless in other areas. Despite her tomboyish appearance and profession, she's not afraid to be in touch with her feminine side as she does dream of getting married one day and having a family of her own as well.
Bio: Born as Etsuko Hayashi, Tora is the youngest of three children in a blended family consisting of a father from a family of carpenters, a stay-at-home mother, one paternal half-brother (from her father's first wife) as the eldest child and one biological brother as the middle child. As her brothers were a disappointment to their father when they refused to delve into carpentry like him and his father before him, Tora was expected to be one as well with their mother making plans to have her go into home education. However, she decided to go into carpentry instead when her brothers could not and become the first female in her family to do so. Despite her ambitions, Tora is often looked down by her family for the idea and is doubted by everyone else, thinking that the profession would stress her out. Against her peers and family's wishes, she accepted the risk and went into carpentry, working hard to get an apprenticeship and finding broken or unfinished projects to complete them using old blueprints. She becomes renowned for being a gifted carpenter and proves her worth to her family and peers, eventually coming to Hope's Peak Academy as a result.

Other: As a child, she developed a fear for tigers ever since she watched a documentary on them with her half-brother and would constantly be teased about it. After graduating middle school, however, she decided to adopt a tiger motif as a form of therapy, including dyeing her hair dark orange, sporting the tattoo, and changing her name from "Etsuko" to "Tora".
