I'm horrible at exercising. But, my sister is a dancer, so I asked her to show me the stretches she does, and they're incredibly rigorous. Well, either that or I'm really, really inflexible, but I sincerely hope that's not the case, so I'm going to chalk it up to "incredibly rigorous". But yeah. I guess now I know how my sister developed so much muscle from stretching twenty times a day.
