Since Waternaux City is as intact as civilized society in the Fallout universe, I'm thinking the info post on the first page needs an update.

That's actually perfect timing, because I randomly decided that it's high time to write a better front page a couple of hours ago, and David set to fixing up the interest check while I'm using its original information to assemble a concise entry point. When I'm finished, I'll post it here so we can make changes as we see fit. I'd guess that David will do the same for the interest check.
