Bio

I am a Roleplayer with an interest in science fiction and fantasy, with a preference for Casual. I have been roleplaying for several years, and have even taken a stab at running a few RPs.

Outside the Guild, I am an Australian science student, gamer, musician and roleplayer (that's right, IRL too).

If Amartía comes back to anything the gods did to Amestris.

Well, Teknall for one won't be doing anything bad to Amestris if he gets the opportunity to visit before you return. He's a nice guy, generally. He'd need a really good reason to do anything bad to a city (although, as God of Crafting, he can do all manner of bad things to cities if he needs to).

There is literally no other God that wouldn't laugh then smite Amartia. Or mind rape him. Or curse him. Really depends on the God.

Amartia: *insults Teknall*
Teknall: Heh. Stay put for a few moments. I've been wanting to test my new rail gun...
@Frettzo, well, that sucks. You have my commiserations.

And thats why Amartía should be Grand King Overlord of the World over Lif. So, do we all live on like, one huge continent or something? Cause we need more space. This is a planet.

The map encompasses the entire globe of Galbar. Calling the landmass a continent might be a stretch, for there is nothing to mark any boundaries. Galbar started as just land, and a few oceans were thrown in, so really it is back-to-front compared to Earth geography (which is ocean with a few landmasses thrown in).
@Vec, by 'important parts', I meant those governing the functioning of the Universe, and not those strange and incomprehensible things added by Fate and Amul'Sharar which drove Vulamera mad. Aside from that, the only bit Teknall doesn't know is Vowzra's contribution, since that was added after Fate had taken possession of the Blueprint.

B-b-but the stars! ...Evolution! No? *scurries away to his emo corner*

That's in the Codex too. Ull'Yang wrote that in, remember?

P.S. Woo! My 1000th post!
Good thing Teknall has most of the important parts of the Codex (as far as he's concerned, anyway) committed to memory, having written half of them and overseen the remaining half.

The scene that Kho described was...well, he didn't describe it. I just took a bit of artistic license. I don't think it really changes anything substantial.

No, it doesn't change anything substantial. It was just a minor inconsistency which caught my eye.
Well, a lot happened. And here I am returning to uni such that I'll have ever-decreasing time to spend on this.

Some day I'll catch up, and have Teknall and co. do things that are relevant to plot points which didn't arise 3 months ago.

@LokiLeo789, and all else concerned, Re Magic and 5th Element. Last I checked, the aether (5th element) was not a fundamental part of the Universe. Have you checked the Codex, the document upon which the entire Universe is based? Might be a good read.

Among other things, Teknall would laugh at you if you told him the Universe was comprised of the four/five elements devised by the Greeks. (Speaking of which, who on Galbar has actually spent the time to sit down and invent the idea of the 5th element? I don't think philosophers are around yet)

Anyway, I'm sure you've figured stuff out. I'm just sceptical as to your proposed magic's compatibility with the Universe.

@Muttonhawk, small detail- Vulamera has been spending all her time on her moon, not anywhere on Galbar. That moon (I think it was Cogitare) would have been where Vulamera's death took place, not some grassy field on Galbar.
Teknall shall be visiting space shortly after Stand finishes. Among other things, that is where he's going to be keeping Goliath (space in general- not specifically the Rings of Lex). And he's going to be very intrigued about Jvan's space stuff (and a little jealous. How dare she develop a space program before Teknall! ). And as indicated in the latest post, he wants to have a few words with Jvan.
