Bio

I am a Roleplayer with an interest in science fiction and fantasy, with a preference for Casual. I have been roleplaying for several years, and have even taken a stab at running a few RPs.

Outside the Guild, I am an Australian science student, gamer, musician and roleplayer (that's right, IRL too).

@BBeast@Vec You need to remember that time passes much quicker in New Chronos

That was accounted for. The time warp is why Ull'Yang was able to supernova and regenerate within 44 Galbarian years rather than a few million Galbarian years.
I have a question: How long has it been since the battle between Jvan and Vowzra? From then, to the latest time IC, how long has it been?

Narratively, a reasonable time to return to the scene would be after the upcoming Xerxes battle.

I'm guessing you're wondering when Ull'Yang will have finished his rebirth sequence, which would take 44 years. From what I've gathered, Logos didn't wait a very long time to attack Galbar and Jvan, and we've only had a period of time encompassing a month or two since the Realta attack. After the Xerxes battle, there should be enough free time for that 44 years to elapse completely, though. Maybe.

But what's temporal consistency?
@Slime Oh, the Realta stopped purging things about two days after they started, which was when Teknall and Logos and Vestec met up. There aren't any left to fight after that confrontation.

But then again, what's temporal consistency? If you want to fight a Realta, go for it.
@Kho, if each section is fairly self-contained, it would probably make more sense to split it into separate posts.
@Bright_Ops, while the World Mountain is on the list of places for Teknall to visit, it is fairly low priority, so don't count on waiting for him.
Not so much a party as a bloodbath.
Vestec

I thought these were the same thing to Vestec.

Anyway, wonderful introduction @Slime.
@BBeast, I'm not sure how I feel about rushing to the space age so quickly. It'd be really hard to handle forcing such early civilizations as ours into space. I mean, most sentient beings don't even know the Sun is actually not alive.

Worry not. I do not seriously intend to rush the space age.

But if anyone could do it, Teknall could.

Question: Since this is the Bronze Age, Gold should become valued, no? Or at least discovered? I'm not trying to rush anything (pretty sure I'm already headlong into the Bronze Age when I'm not supposed to) just looking for fabulous things.

About gold, it has the benefit that it requires no processing to refine it after you dig it up from the ground. It is also useless for most practical applications (at least those of concern to the Bronze Age). This leaves its only function as a commodity and for decoration. So it could probably be used as an item of value.

And yeah, you're probably a bit deep into the Bronze Age, but maybe we're just going a bit too slowly. And besides, with your Ionia Conflict you're getting some good stories out of it. With all the eloquence and stuff Ilunabar threw to the humans during Phantasmagoria, plus trade with the Rovaick and Conata, I think it is reasonable.

I mean, not sure how much poog has made public, or whether he's changed his mind, but he has spoken to me before regarding his empire going interstellar and I have, given certain conditions, given my seal of approval.

Well, in either case, I probably won't actually rush the space age for a reason as petty as giving Lif some competition.
@Kho The reason I bring it up is a single line of dialogue which Lif says in our upcoming collab. My thoughts surrounding it were as follows:
>Lifprasil mentions interstellar conquest.
>Teknall quickly starts calculating how much Might it would take to rush the hain to the space age.

Of course, given that it is unlikely that Lif will actually conquer space, there is probably not much need for Teknall to rush the space age. I have my own non-Galbarian plans for space anyway. What are they? You'll have to wait and see.
