Appearance: Damien's certainly someone you could pick out in a crowd- especially at a place like Whiteboroughs. The first thing one might notice about this young man is his brightly coloured hair. Naturally, his hair is black, but Damien thinks his natural hair colour is very boring, so he enjoys changing it up and dying it. He's probably tried every colour at least once- but tends to like dying his hair purple the most. His hair is medium in length, but he tends to keep it pulled up most of the time, with just his bangs hanging out.

He's around 6’2 tall and slightly lanky in build. Despite his tendency to slack around, he's quite fit. Though, he’s not exactly muscular, but appears toned. He has a pretty angular face with his features being further accentuated with bold makeup. He wears piercings and has a small silver nose ring. His complexion (while not completely flawless, has the illusion of appearing so thanks to his two best friends, foundation and concealer) is a mellow beige colour with warm sandy undertones. In contrast, his eyes are a cool, dark brown hue.

Damien is torn between wearing clothes that are super comfortable, and wearing what he deems as fashionable. He has a love for sweatpants, oversized hoodies, and slip on sandals, but also loves wearing flowy blouses, striped pants, and other garments that are more likely to be found in the women’s section of Macy's.

Personality: Damien has a flair for the dramatic, he doesn't mean to play up to the flamboyant gay man stereotype, but he acknowledges that he falls into it regardless. It's rare to see him acting serious, and it doesn't appear like he takes life very seriously either. Spending sprees, wild gambling, speeding down the highway late at night, hasty get-togethers (and even hastier departures) as well as other reckless behaviors mark up his past. Despite all this, he has a relaxed demeanor that belies his adventurous spirit.

He's very chummy and doesn't react well to being alone for long periods of time. He has to find someone to keep him company, and can come off as being needy or shallow. The weird thing is that while he practically demands companionship, he also equally values his own freedom and individual expressionism, and won't take well towards those who try to impede or restrict him in those regards. Otherwise, he's an open-minded individual who isn't very picky when it comes to company (though they might mind his sharp tongue on occasion)

Backstory:Damien had a relatively normal childhood: he never knew his father, but doesn't really have an itching to seek him out, he had a stable, if slightly distant relationship with his mom, and an older half-brother who Damien still isn't sure he understands completely, despite growing up with him all his life.

Needless to say, with his reckless attitude, he fell in with a rough crowd of kids in his teenage years. Leaving that circle was hard for him to do, as cutting people out of your life can often be, but Damien found that it was necessary. When he looks back at it now, being successfully enrolled at a nice 4-year college, Damien can only fathom what would have happened if he never left.

HISTORY
Born into an extremely wealthy family, Nadia was the only child of billionaire Vladimir Petrov. He and his wife Sofya had been trying to have a child for more than five years, and the birth of their only child caused quite the celebration not just within the household, but together with all his friends and associates as well. The Petrovs were a proud and famous magical family that were known for their illustrious witches and warlocks, and Anya Petrova, the matriarch of the family, and Vladimir's mother was highly influential and known to most of the witches and warlocks in Saint Petersburg and Moscow. Her parents were too busy to raise her, and her upbringing was left to her grandmother, along with a set of household staff. She was raised to know that as the only successor of her family's lineage, she has a lot to live up too.

Expectations were always high of her, and the verge of her parent's disappointment was always round the corner. Fortunately, her doting grandmother was always there to catch her fall and guide her in whatever she needed help in. Her life changed drastically after the death of Anya Petrova. The funeral was an elaborate one for such an esteemed figure of the Russian Magical World, and no one took it harder than young Nadia. Without the caring embrace and guidance of the old matriarch, Nadia was left with the harsh words and strict discipline of her parents. As soon as she came of age, it was understood that she was to attend Raindale University to further her education and expectations to live up to the Petrov family name. Her first year had been a rather intimidating one, but halfway into her first year, she slowly came into the momentum of things and by the time the second year came around, Nadia is now a whole lot more confident and comfortable with her place.

PERSONALITY
As passionate as they come, Nadia is the sort that goes all out once she gets interest in someone or something. Stubborn and blunt, she is used to doing things her way and expecting things to go the way it should, and does not hesitate to tell someone if they're doing something wrong. With a feisty firecracker for a personality, she is emotional, and hotheaded, which often lands her in more trouble than she otherwise would. Bold and assertive, she is not afraid of exploring the unknown or fighting for what she believes in. While she can seem quiet on first impression, she warms up significantly after she gets to know you.

Elemental Magic: Elemental magic has always been in the Petrov family bloodline, and specialising in this is no surprise to anyone that knew anything about the Petrovs. Although possessing great power through a great lineage, she still struggles to control the depth of her powers, and they often backfire on her in spectacularly amusing moments.

STRENGTHS
• Hardworker: While Nadia may be forgetful and a slow learner, she has no qualms about putting in the extra time and effort to work on her spells and studies to make up for whatever she lacks. Things may be difficult, but she tries until she succeeds.

• Give-it-all: In everything she does, Nadia always gives it her 100%, even if she is not fond of the task at hand, she still puts in her best effort to complete the tasks assigned to her. She is not the type to slack off and procrastinate just because she is not fond of the task given.

• Protective: Once she is fond of someone or something, she tends to get very protective about that person or object and does everything in her power to protect them, even if it means she would have to get into harm's way or even to the point of risking her life.

WEAKNESSES
• Over-Emotional: She has the tendency to allow herself to be ruled by emotions, and in more occasions that it should, her feelings have gotten in the way of her making a clear and unbiased judgement. Once a loved one is involved or hurt, logic and clear thinking goes of the window. She is working on trying to rein in her emotions, but it is difficult and slow work.

• Going too-far: Her fear of disappointing others often means that she has the tendency to go too far, and do more than she needs to, and too much of that tires her out considerably, affecting her health as a result. She needs to learn to let go, and relax for a little, and accept the fact that she can't possibly please everyone everytime.

• Insecure: In more times than not, the heavy weight of her family's name threatens to suffocate her from all the expectations she is expected to achieve to not be a failure and disappointment to her parents, relatives and ancestors. Because of this, she is always judging herself and is more critical of herself than any others.

A Red Fox called Aleksei. She found him around the family estate gazing at her bedroom window one day in winter. According to the household staff, he has been hanging out there now for several days, and after they chased him off, he always returns again to the very same spot. After weeks of unsuccessfully chasing him off, Nadia decides to keep him as her own familiar.
