Power:he is able to eject poison spikes(or normal)from any part of his body,his spikes appear as solid black or with green tips if they are venomous,he could use them as armor or eject them from his fingertips as claws,

Jack was ten when one day he was outside and he saw some people(through a hole)that looked like they were with the government,they couldn't see him because he was behind a fence,they told his family that they needed to bring jack with them,his parents told jack this and he went with them,he was then put to sleep and woke up with spikes shooting out of his fingers,however he wasn't in any pain.he then heard about these people doing this to many people and some were telling him that these scientists were helping them while others were telling him that they were bad,he decides to join the rebels but he does not seek a cure for he is thankful for his power,rather he seeks justice for those that were taken against there will,for two years he has went into hiding but then he found the location of the rebels,he made a second name for himself that seemed to fit with his powers:The Quilion
