-For medic middle sis. To be honest I'd judge Mystical palm as something that can be gauged. A rank being perfect mastery, you can heal even a bite from a Walking Dead zombie. Yeah top tier. I suppose that's about right?
Poison mist is pretty nasty. Instant kill gasses are a no go. I heavily recommend having a different effect or simply nerfing it.
And yeah Game only moves should be custom. We're not fan of those.

Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Electric Detonation Technique) - There's something called Lightning release clone that does that. It's A rank/ I assume the electrocution is much weaker?

Also nerfed flicker and changed the custom to the official version. And bumped it up to A rank. Unless you think I should tone it down.

Noriko is still good, but I don't like the "medical mode" technique that Umary has. For one it's a game technique and for two it's vague. I'm not gonna say to remove it but I'd like it if you personally defined it better to detail her rate of regeneration and her approximate increase in physical output. Likewise I don't like Chieko's "lighting instantaneous" because it is very similar to Body Flicker. I see you already put a limit on it regarding use in combat, but even still it's basically a get-out-of-jail-free card. Unless Partisan or Savato say it's cool, I'd like that to be removed.

Otherwise they seem good. I like their personalities and how they tie in together. Once those changes are made you'll have my approval of all three, though I already approve Noriko.
