Cool, I'll get working. I'll look at races. Although there maybe we can have a little fun with the setting, kinda like with the age opportunity with the Dominion War setting. I don't know what you have planned, but it might be fun to have a Vulcan halfling CO...could do Vulcan/Rihannsu, too, if you really wanted to play up that conflict and intrigue. Some old TOS races are interesting options, as well.

I really don't have much finalized, because I like to tie my plots to the characters. So a lot would fit right in. And you've hit on my weakness. I'm a sucker for conflict and intrigue, especially when it's character driven. XD

Well, the main thing I'm worried about are the jutsus. Since I established them for another RP which wasn't run by you. I don't want to be either too weak/too strong. So if I could get input now on that, it'd be appreciated.

Love the setting, too. Ever see the Dominion War Sourcebook from Stephen Long? I think is his name; Last Unicorn Gaming, did the amazing Spacedock book for LUG's Trek RPG.

Deep Space 9 is my favorite series (could you tell?). But I haven't checked out a lot of Star Trek literature. My friend did have a Trek RPG we almost did... but it was just us, so we could never get it off the ground. :( But I'll have to go give it a look if I can find it anywhere.

Since it's the Dominion War, do you think I could go with a younger captain? Someone forced into the rank by circumstance (or fate) at a young age? So much dying goes on in the Dominion War, and it'd be so hard for a young captain to be kept out of the war because of some important mission for Spock. Fun conflict, but totally up to you. Just an idea.

I'll give you a tentative yes. It all ready depends on how well you can pull it off. I'll say right now if they're younger than 24/25 I wont take them. Since that was Kirk's age when he became a captain.

I finished Noriko. I'm working on Umary now. Slowly. I'd forgot how much I disliked filling out their CS's. :C But I shall finish them. Because I cannot wait to play their dynamic. There will be much angst to have. (On my and their parts!)

And while we almost had a chief medical officer... we don't. (We had someone who wanted to contest Kentsukan for the spot, then fall out.)
