Personality: Noriko is the serious sister. She loves life and enjoys being a Ninja. However she isn't as competitive as her youngest sister. Nor does she feel obligated to be a Ninja. She enjoys leading her own team and outsmarting her village's foes. Noriko has large aspirations on becoming ANBU. She takes good care to make sure her morals are firmly in places because she knows herself. She knows that she enjoys having power over others. And that if she isn't careful she can end up going down a dark path.

History: Noriko, being the eldest didn't really have much of a childhood. She matured quickly and helped her mother, Chou, take care of her two sisters. She never resented it but rather enjoyed it. (The power over others). She doesn't care much for the company of others, but forces herself. Mainly because she tends to get s little amoral when she's alone.

Noriko was recently raised to being a Junin. Her team is still learning how to mesh, but they get along well and they keep Noriko in check.

Other: With two pesky younger sisters she has her hands full all the time. She doesn't have time for dating or life outside of missions really.

Personality: Chieko, as the youngest child, always feels like she has something to prove. She's usually quite grumpy and takes everything way too seriously. She's always getting into fights with her sisters or her teammates. She doesn't much care what other people think of her as long as they acknowledge she's the strongest in her family. Her fierce drive pushes her harder then her sisters.

History: Chieko was the last child to be born to parents Chou and Daichi. Her mother retired from being a Ninja after Chieko was born. Her father is often out on missions, much to her annoyance. When he is home he spends more time with her sister Umary, who inherited his power set. 

Despite being a year younger than Umary she graduated from being a Genin at the same time. It was a proud achievement in Chieko's book. And indeed, it was a proud time for her family. Her Eldest sister then challenged her to make it to a Jounin before she turned seventeen. This is Chieko's current goal. To become a Jounin before Umary and to become one sooner than Noriko and prove she's the best.

Other: Despite Chieko's unhappy disposition she loves her family very much. Her true goal is to protect them, though she'll deny it to her last breath.

Description: An overall simple move that is generally taught to genin to assist in generating and controlling chakra for the sake of ninjutsu, the shinobi vents electric chakra from his entire body, causing anyone that touches or attacks him to receive minor electrical shocks and burns.

Name of Technique: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique)

Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. Weakness: Dodge-able. Will not take down powerful opponents easily.

Description: This jutsu utilizes electricity in order to create static electricity within the hands, this static electricity can have nearby things float to the users hands or repel things away with their hands. 
Weakness: Not an attack. Uses a lot of chakra if Cheiko wants it to be very strong.

Name of Technique: Raiton: Yaiba no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Blade Technique) 
Type of Jutsu: Nin - Offensive

Description: This skill allows the user to charge chakra in the form of electricity in the palm. Then, the chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy. But because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing some major damage, if used properly.
Weakness: This blade can also hurt the user, anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held. Also due to the weakness of the blade, it cannot hold up under repeated attacks.

Description: When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, (Bird), and the user disappears in a wisp of electricity. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent.
Weakness: The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.

Name of Technique: Hikuhiku Eda no Jutsu (Twitching Limb Technique)

Description: After the user channels a large amount of electricity in to his hand, making the chakra visible, the user can attack a specific body area of his opponent and fire electricity into it once. Whatever area is struck the muscles immediately begin to constrict and twitch in extreme pain and causes the limb to be unable to move.

Name of Technique: Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Electric Detonation Technique)

Description: Flashing a number of Hand seals the user causes all lightning bunshins that are under her specific control to explode into a burst of electricity, shocking anyone that happens to be near them.

Description: Upgrade from Heki no Jutsu. Making a simple couple of hand signs the user makes sparks travel along their skin to power up lightning type jutsu's for 5 minutes. This move also makes it very difficult to make contact with the user for the danger of being severely electrocuted.  
Weakness: Uses a vast amount of Chakra. Also can hurt allies.

Personality: Umary is the cheerful middle child. She loves life and wants to enjoy it to the fullest. Because of this she was the most reluctant to become a Ninja. She would have rather not, but joined anyways so she could do good. She looks forward to the day the Peace occurs. But until that day she'll do her best to protect her friends and her village.  

History: As the middle child Umary is often the last to be noticed. Sandwiched between two strong personalities she is often forgotten. But Umary often likes it best that way. She if often away from home spending time with friends. Or learning medical ninjustsu from her father. She and her younger sister graduated to being a Chunin at the same time. At the current time Umary isn't looking at becoming a Junin.

Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. 
Weakness: It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control, and because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. 

Name of Technique: Chakra Scalpel
Type of Jutsu: (Nin) Offensive, Supplementary

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively.
Weakness: It requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

Description: Sharp poisoned needles attack the user's opponent from all directions. Depending on the poison there are various side effects. Most typically it causes paralysis.

Description: This mode envelops the user in a flowing blue chakra and allows them to constantly heal themselves in the middle of the battle while at the same time, boost their strength and speed. 
Weakness: Over time, this mode consumes the user's chakra until it finally wears off by itself, though the user or, can cancel it whenever they wish.
