Costumed Personality: Iron Eagle is the last Nazi German soldier still fighting for his ideals, and he is deeply indoctrinated. Horrifically racist and prejudiced, the man is more than willing to commit ruthlessly immoral acts in order to live up to the ideals of his long deceased fuhrer. Iron Eagle brutally pokes at the flaws of his enemies, utilizing his mind-reading to learn what they fear the most and play at those fears. He seemingly has no personal attachment to anything but the dream of his fuhrer, suffers from PTSD due to experimentation and warfare, and is sociopathic to the extreme, most definitely not the picture of perfect mental health. He does, however, seem oddly fond of anyone of Japanese descent, perhaps due to his training. Eagle is conniving and cunning, and able to use his intelligence to outwit superior opponents. Iron Eagle enjoys combat above all else, and is more than willing to put his ambitions on hold if he finds an opponent he finds worthwhile.
Civilian Personality: Wilhelm Silber is a quiet elderly gentleman, accommodating and always smiling. He is beloved by the people of Hub City, though he does have his eccentricities, such as concluding a toast with "heil Hitler", seemingly on habit. He even enjoys the company of masked vigilantes, despite most everyone else's prejudice towards them. He is willing to compromise and back away from danger, but will try to help in whatever way he can. When in private however, Wilhelm's personality reveals itself to be not that different from that of his alter-ego. His comely old man mask is just that, a mask, and he is capable of committing brutal actions in the name of his dream.
Wilhelm's true colors being revealed has cast away this part of himself, but post his apparent death on the Rock of Eternity, he has developed a new personality, that of Bjorn Ketill Bjornsson, a young metahuman student from Norway. As Bjorn, Wilhelm is kind and upbeat, though he seems easily angered and even easier frustrated. He fixates on Karen Hernandez, to a noticeable degree, but still attempts to endear himself to his "friends". Bjorn seems willing enough to demonstrate his metahuman ability, that being super strength (actually Wilhelm's telekinesis) and seems incredibly mystified by Atlantis and the idea of being a superperson.

»The Psychic Dance: Wilhelm, once a black belt in karate, has developed his own martial art to take advantage of his mental abilities. It makes heavy use of misdirection and feints to allow a single fatal blow, either by fist or psychic blast.
»Polyglot: Wilhelm speaks six languages fluently; German, Russian, English, Italian, Japanese, and French. He is currently in the process of learning Spanish as well.
»Soldier Training: Wilhelm is trained to an elite level in all parts of being a soldier, formerly serving as the Standartenführer of the RSD, Hitler's and many other Nazi leaders' bodyguards before the Reich fell.

»Peak Physical Fitness: The experiments done on Wilhelm have given him peak fitness, even as an old man, he is capable of running marathon level distances with little difficulty, lifting upwards of four hundred pounds (far more with the aid of his telekinesis), and taking blows from professional boxers without faltering.»Telekinesis: Wilhelm has powerful telekinetic abilities. He can lift objects up to 100 tons in weight, but at that level he requires an intense amount of focus. When lifting lighter objects, he is capable of lifting up to fifty objects at one time, though this number goes down exponentially with the weight of the object. He can use this ability to fly, but rarely does, as doing so requires more focus than would usually be required for an object of his weight. This ability only developed after the Second World War finished, and he has yet to fully master it.
»ESP: Wilhelm is a telepath, and can read target's thoughts, emotions, and memories. He can use this ability to converse with targets without speaking as well.
»Psychic Projection: Wilhelm, upon death, is capable of turning himself into pure psychic energy, allowing him to escape and take a new body. This cannot be done while he's still alive, at least not yet, and his psychic form can be caught and killed by someone able to spot it.

»Head Blows: Striking him in the head interrupts any telekinetic or telepathic action, the blow must be strong enough to cause him pain.

Biography---------
Character History/Origin: Wilhelm Silber was born in Stettin, Germany in the year 1920 on the day of the winter solstice. His birth-name was Wilhelm von Habsburg-Lotharingen, and he was born to a scion of the great house of Habsburg, former rulers of the Holy Roman Empire and Austria. As a youth, Wilhelm became enamored by the rhetoric of the Nazi Party, and joined it with gusto. Dropping out of school to continue following the Nazi party.
Wilhelm became increasingly entrenched in the Nazi ideology, attending most every speech by Adolf Hitler and following his recommended lifestyle fervently. When Hitler invaded Poland, Wilhelm immediately volunteered for the army. He excelled in basic training, but he suffered greatly in teamwork and leadership. His skill and lack of intelligence gave the scientific higher-ups in Germany a perfect opportunity to create a mentally malleable super-soldier. Brought to the Owl Mountains on the Polish border, Wilhelm became the subject of Project Riese, or Project Giant as it was known in English. Wilhelm was experimented upon in unethical experiments that caused him immense pain and led to him developing PTSD, but through Nazi brainwashing and experimentation, Wilhelm became a perfect tool of the Nazi regime, he gained multiple IQ levels, his body was improved to human peak performance, and he gained incredible mind abilities, though they were far weaker than they currently are. Trained in martial arts by Japanese allies and leadership by the German high command, Wilhelm became a symbol of Aryan supremacy.
Wilhelm served on the Eastern front for a time, before being given command of the Nazi security service, serving as a bodyguard during Operation Valkyrie, where he was caught in an explosion and thought dead. In reality, Wilhelm escaped, though severely burned, and escaped. For a time, he secretly aided allied movements against Soviet forces, but eventually hid within a group of refugees and moved to America. For a long time he has stayed hidden, secretly plotting on a way to bring back the Reich, and recently, many people of Jewish, Slavic, and Roma descent were found murdered, a red eagle painted in their blood. Finally, Iron Eagle re-emerged, a relic of a bygone era, finally executing a plot to seize control of Hub City, to use it as a stepping stone to re-establish the German Reich.
A long time fighting Lady Arcana has left him crippled and basically unable to fight, specifically due to their most recent confrontation, where an error in judgement lead to her unleashing a blind rage upon him. Unable to walk unassisted and quickly deteriorating, Silber continues to look for a way to return to the fight, perhaps even a way to win the battle with Arcana once and for all.
He hasn't found one yet.
He did successfully die, though only physically, his mind lived on, and has gone on to possess a young Norwegian man by the name of Bjorn Bjornsson. Now having surpassed death, he has the opportunity to look back at his current situation and come up with a goal, short term or long term, it doesn't matter. Whether related to Lady Arcana, or related to finally setting up that Fourth Reich that he desires so badly.
