It all comes down. . .

In the year 2112, a man whose name is lost to us, becomes the second Prometheus and gives mankind the next great fire. The Elysian Power Cell was just a small battery that created its own energy by means of what seemed like magic in the modern age. Our Prometheus was hailed a legend to be remembered throughout the ages, but it was a short celebration before mankind asked of him larger power cells and then even larger cells. It wasn't long before there was an entire facilities designed for powering whole nations, but mankind's desire to abuse Elysian power finally spilled over as they demanded weapons that would utilize the power cells. Our Prometheus would do his best, offering concepts for small arms and light explosives, but his superiors wanted something truly grand and massive and that is exactly what they got.

The first of the Titan Mechanized Weapon Platforms had more stopping power that most destroyer class naval warships, though it was slow and cumbersome and not suited for a standard firefight without some sort of escort. The next Titan was armed like a massive infantry soldier while armored better than most tanks, but these new Titans were just the beginning of a long line of new modifications. Eventually those who worked for Prometheus would learn enough from him to start designing their own versions of titans.

Sadly, most small nations had run their funds dry powering themselves with Elysian power that when the Titans started rolling out they were either annexed through treaties or war. It was one of these small nations that sparked the latest 'war to end all wars'; when 2 of these massive empires both fight for a one of the last minor nations, the great Elysian fire is lit when the minor nation instead chooses protection from a third empire. This sudden formation of allegiance did not sit well with the first two empires, and they agreed to battle with the third and claim of their land and more. Others would stake their claim in this conflict and well... it all comes down. Atrocities on all sides demanded that none surrender until their enemies are destroyed, but where does the chaos end when the flags of nations and empires are no more?

The year is now 2213, 101 years after the invention of Elysium and the Titan Mechanized Weapon Platform. Mankind battled itself until the nations that started the wars could no longer stand and no one rose to take their place. Many Titans have been destroyed in the past wars, but some still remain as tools for warlords, bandits, or a group of lucky scavengers. And this is where our story begins, because at the beginning of our story we are only scavengers. Indentured souls looking to pay for our freedom and the freedom of our families and friends, but this is just the beginning of what will be our legend.

@l0ck0n That is a perfect example of a character sheet, move it on over.

I have also removed the where you stand bit because that's redundant when your position already tells us.
@ViolentViolet If you think that is what you want to do with a short CS then that's your choice.

@l0ck0n I won't mind, the bio is more important to me than most of the other things besides where you stand.
a member of the under city Angelo has spent his life working and being an architect building giant beautiful buildings and what did he earn for his hard labor a spot in the under city and doing meaningless construction jobs of repairing or improving for some upper city douche bag.

So this is the part that confuses me and I am hoping I hadn't confused you in this but if you work in the Undercity there is a near zero chance of you getting to be an architect, though this would be a great reason to join the Revolution.

Also posting more thing in the OP.
Three people have encountered each other on the roof of a garage: One of the Assassins is currently cornered by The Mind Reader and The Alien Changling. The Cyborg has followed a criminal to the same garage but is on the ground floor and hasn't a clue what is going on above him. @Weird Tales

Are you still here? @Asuna Yuuki
You don't get to reserve a spot until you make the CS for it and one character per player
