The boys made their way to Bill's house. There they found what appeared to be a giant Kabuto. However it talked with a human voice explaing this was a giant suit and asked the heroes to push a small button on the side

"Prof Oak just told me about him." Liam reported. "Lets go" Liam left the center and he ran into that black haired boy again. He challenged Liam to another battle. He sent out a Pidgeotto.
Pidgeotto, the Bird Pokemon, and the evolved form of Pidgey.. Very protective of its sprawling territorial area, this Pokémon will fiercely peck at any intruder. Liam called on Teddiursa. Teddiursa used her charm on the bird. He tried to use peck and hit her. "Teddiursa, Attract!" Teddiursa gave the bird puppy dog eyes and winked. Pidgeotto fell in love. As a result he did not pay attention to where he was going and crashed into a pole. "Now Furry Swipes!" Liam called. Teddiursa hit three times. Pidgeotto was immobilized by love. "Teddiursa! use Slash!" Teddiursa harshly drove her claws against the bird, KO'ing it. The boy recalled the bird and sent out the Ratatta. Teddiursa was switched out for Mankey. Mankey KO'd the Ratatta with a couple Low Kicks. Rattata was replaced for Ivysaur.

Teddiursa took over but was eventually KO'd. Liam called on Tailow who cleaned up. The boy shoved by Liam to go to the Pokemon Center. Liam followed but after sevral minutes of prodding Liam only got his name because Joy said it. The boy, whose name turned out to be Trevor. shoved past Liam. Liam decided it was not worth following him right now and decided to head to Bill's with his friends.

"Teddi?" The little pokemon asked cutely while looking at him.
"That is adorable." Liam stated. He had Bulbasaur come out. Teddiursa gave Bulbasaur the same look as Liam. "Sleep Powder." Liam called. The blue powder put the little bear to sleep, and was subsequently caught. The ball shrank down and the center dot was lit up red. Liam knew that was because it was his seventh pokemon and he had to transfer one to Oak's lab.
Soon enough Cerulean City came into view. He went to the Pokemon Center. He asked Joy where the phone was and she pointed to it. After thanking her, Liam called Oak. When the line picked up there was a wide smile across the screen. Liam jumped in surprise. Oak's voice chastised a Rotom and the big smile receded to be a small ball like Pokemon. Liam checked his pokedex.
Rotom, the Plasma Pokémon. Rotom plays practical jokes, which it carries out by embedding its plasma body in electronic devices. Oak explained that this Rotom enjoys scaring people like that and asked what was up. Liam said they had just arrived in Cerulean and he had a pokemon to transfer. He sent Silcoon to Oak and he told Liam about a colleague of his named Bill who lived northeast of the city and visiting him could be a great idea.

The IC is no attached copy+paste the link I posted turns out when I started the IC it has a adjoined OOC. As for accepting new ppl, we are about to enter Cerulean City
