The Ekans was KO'd and the Grunt ran for it, allowing the heroes to advance.

When the smoke cleared they were both gone and the Grunt triggered an alarm.

The grunt was looking at them closer. "You look familiar, like I have seen you before." Liam realized that this grunt was one of the ones that Sylveon blasted out of Slowpoke Well. The grunt was looking at them closer. He was focusing on Liam spesficly. It then clicked in his mind. "Now I recognize you!" he said pointing at Liam. "You're the punk from Azalea Town!" He called on a Raticate and told Shiranui to help him get rid of the intruder. "Cynder!" Liam called on his Quilava.
The duo entered the radio tower. The place was crawling with Rocket Grunts. Liam felt like it was a good idea to get these disguises before entering. Trevor barged into the tower to denounce TR for their hanious acts. He then took a good look at the heroes. "Wait, Shiranui? Liam? What are you two doing dressed like that?"
"What?" The grunt exclaimed looking at the heroes suspiciously. Trevor used the confusion to run away.

Liam liberated the other uniform from the other Rocket. He put it on over his normal clothes "Alright, lets get into the radio tower and see what is going on."
'That will be much easier, by all means." Liam said as he backed up slightly to give the Pokemon an easier time to aim.
"I have an idea." Liam said. He snuck up on a couple grunts who were talking with one another. They were talking about how it was boring just patrolling the town. No one was out and about, so having scouts out is waste of time. Liam turned to Shiranui. "When I say 3, lets knock these goons out and take their uniforms to blend in."
"Sherlock!" Liam called on his Alakazam who teleported the duo to Goldenrod. Liam saw the Rockets were all over the town.
"Well, we should go to the radio tower and check it out." Liam said as he walked over to the phone to alter his team.
"I wouldn't, but then again, I'm intelligent." Liam replied. "I say we heal up, maybe adjust our teams and go stop them."
