Liam followed. When they reached the water, Liam called out Lapras so they could cross. Lapras started moving once both heroes were on her back.

"Now we can get to the next town." Liam said with a smile.

Liam recalled the Alakazam. He went to the Pokemon Center to got his Laparas out to be able to bypass Dark Cave for a quicker route to the next town.

"Sherlock!" Lia called. The shiny Alakazam teleported the duo to Eckurteak City. They simply had to go east to get to their destination.

"Well, shal we have Sherlock teleport us there?" Liam asked.
"Hold it!" a stern voiced called out. Jenny rushed up, and like her many sisters/cousins/etc began to jump to conclusions on the situation. The president of the Radio Tower approached and informed Jenny that they saved the radio tower. Liam gave Jenny the recoding that the Rokets were playing on loop over the radio.
"Now, ready to go get our 7th Johto badge?" Liam asked.

Liam took the silver one. "Well, do you want to go look for these two or head on to the next gym?" Liam inquired.

Pokemon Johto

The Rocket Execs were socked to have been beaten so thoroughly. Liam went over to the microphone. There was a flash drive with the message that was being repeated on it inserted into the machine. Liam removed the flash drive. "You two are going away for a long time once Jenny gets here." The Exec's dropped smoke bombs and vanished.
"Darn, they got away." Liam said annoyed. "Well, I guess we have to just move on to Mahogany Town."

Pokemon Johto

The women began with Arbok.

"Arbok, the Cobra Pokemon, and the evolved form of Ekans. This Pokémon is terrifically strong in order to constrict things with its body. It can even flatten steel oil drums. Once Arbok wraps its body around its foe, escaping its crunching embrace is impossible."
Liam called on Sherlock, whose Psychic moves made quick work of the snake. She next called on Murkrow.
"Murkrow, the Darkness Pokemon. Murkrow was feared and loathed as the alleged bearer of ill fortune. This Pokémon shows strong interest in anything that sparkles or glitters. It will even try to steal rings from women."

Liam swapped Sherlock out for Sylveon. Sylveon used Fairy Wind and got a good clean hit. Murrow was able to get a few hits in before she fell to the Fairy type moves. The Exec sent out a Vileplume.

"Vileplume, the Flower Pokemon, and an alternate evolution to Bellossom. Vileplume has the world's largest petals. They are used to attract prey that are then doused with toxic spores. Once the prey are immobilized, this Pokémon catches and devours them."
Sylveon was swapped out for Cynder the Typhlosion, who made quick work of the final Pokemon.

"That is a fair point." Liam agreed. They climbed the stairs and found two Exec's standing there, a man and a woman.
"Which do you want to take?" Liam inquired of his friend.

'Well, if we beat Giovanni, how difficult could any of these bozos be?"
