"We're all right here." Liam's Ralts replied in Ryan's mind.
It proved to be effective training. Liam figured Ryan may want to use them with his Ralts as well and they would be good for trying psychic types in the future.
Since they had nothing else to do while Ryan rested, Liam powered a pen and some paper from Joy. He drew a symbol on each page such as a star, a triangle, and so on and had Ralts try to guess which one Liam was looking at by trying to read his mind.
Liam picked Ryan up. He carried him piggy back to the Pokemon Center. He sat him down in a chair there. Joy came over and asked if everything was alright. Liam told her that the thinks so, his friend just needed to rest for a bit.
"Okay Liam, just holler if you need anything." She said with a warm smile.

Liam's Ralts told his trainer what the answer was. Liam agreed to help him work on it. He asked if there was anything else they wanted to do before they left.
"I bet I know which one." Liam replied. Liam's Ralts asked Titania if she had any pointers for a young Ralts.
"It's not often you see such an easy capture." Liam commented.
"Rats sensed a powerful psychic sweeping the city with its powers. I'm not surprised its Titania." Liam replied. He turned to the psychic pokemon. "How are you doing Titania?"
