Liam was able to get though. Rats used Teleport to fit though the gap.

Ah, have fun.
Liam ran up and began trying to shove the door open. It did help a little bit. After a few minutes, the door was open enough for the heroes to enter.
Liam called on his Ralts. He asked Ralts to use his psychic powers to move the rock. Ralts found he was unable to do it solo.
OK, something wrong?
"Well, lets go see then." Liam said.
"I swapped in one of my more powerful pokemon." Liam explained.
Liam had his adjustment done and was ready to go.
"Well, just in case, I am going to call in for some drastic measures." Liam said as he went to the phone.
"Well, they probably do have defenses against people trying to force the door open. We should prepare for a tough battle."
