Liam followed Higitsune. The location the Gengar was in was filled with a bunch of oversized toddler toys. Gengar had the Luxury Ball next to a heater, trying to coax Rotom out. Once in the room, Liam saw this. He took in the contents of the room. "Is this where you and Rotom play?" Liam asked.
"Gen Gengar." The Pokemon replied.
"You're going to miss your friend, right?" Liam asked. Gengar nodded in confirmation.
"Gen Gengar." The Pokemon replied.
"You're going to miss your friend, right?" Liam asked. Gengar nodded in confirmation.
"Goomy! You're up!" the Soft Tissue Pokemon jumped down from its trainer's shoulder. "Dragon Pulse!" Liam called. The attack hit Rotom. Room used Ominous Wind. Goomy replied with Hidden Power, which Liam noted to be Dark Type. "I didn't know you knew that." Liam replied. Room was hurt by it. It began to try and flee into a nearby TV. Liam threw a Luxury Ball and barely stopped Rotom in time. The ball shook a few times before pinging shut. The ball took its shrunk form since Liam already had six Pokemon. As Liam went to retrieve it, the Gengar rose up and snatched it up. It then flew off into the back rooms of the house.
"Well, I need more verity." Liam said. He pointed out that most of the Pokemon he caught in Kalos were Dragons.
The house propped up and released a jet of water in Shiranui's face. A Rotom then exited the machine laughing hysterically.
"I have an idea." Liam said. The thudding was very loud at this point. Liam went over and opened a door as a washing machine jumped into the air and landed in the room. "I was right."
Liam heard a thudding that was gradually getting louder.
Gengar acted like it wasn't listening. It turned intangible and went though the floor.
"Looks like a Gengar was tugging at your bag." Liam said. "Maybe it was trying to make your bag break open."
Haunter was horrified by the comment. There was an invisible Gengar tugging on Shiranui's bag.
