Lysandre stood there, seeing his plans in shambles. The door on the elevator was forced open by a Medicham. Officer Jenny and few other cops came running in with a pack of Hondour and Poochyena and a few of their evolved forms. Lysandre was quickly handcuffed. Liam walked up to him and slipped his Mega Stone. "I know we will find someone more worthy of this then you." Liam was confused, he asked Jenny how she knew Team Flare and they were down here. She explained they received a tip from a young man. Between evidence they found and confessions from Flare members already captured, There was no doubt Lysandre was part of Team Flare. They cuffed Lysandre and took Liam and Shiranui up with them.

Liam used the Pokedex.
"Xerneas the Life Pokemon. Legends say it can share eternal life. It slept for a thousand years in the form of a tree before its revival.When the horns on its head shine in seven colors, it is said to be sharing everlasting life.,
Yevetal, the Destruction Pokemon. When this legendary Pokémon's wings and tail feathers spread wide and glow red, it absorbs the life force of living creatures. When its life comes to an end, it absorbs the life energy of every living thing and turns into a cocoon once more."
Liam went up to Yevetal. The Destruction Pokemon was enraged and would not listen to reason. He fired an attack, which Liam dodged by some miracle. It blew a hole in the wall. It hit Lysandre's Gyarados who had turned to stone. The Megastone fell to the floor and rolled into the room, stopping at Liam's foot. Liam used the Master Ball to catch Yevetal. Yevetal tried for several minutes to break out of the ball. It finally stopped shaking after several minutes.

Gyarados crashed to the ground and returned to normal.
"The strength to protect, huh? But what are you really protecting? A tomorrow that will only end up being worse than today? You're as strong as ever. But... It's too late! There's no hope for you now! Go down to the lowest floor, and see for yourself!" The heroes went down there.

One where selfish, foolish humans think about nothing other than themselves and steal more and more from one another... It's a tragic future!"

Lysandre started to use a machine to suck power from the duo again. "Plasma!" Liam quickly called Rotom out who went into the machine and made the chambers open. "Let's go to the two legends." Liam said.

"You have Mega Evolution?" Liam asked surprised. He recalled Jiriya and sent out Anubis and evolved him.

"Jiriaya! Power Up Punch on Honchkrow!" The fighting move hit the target. Honchkrow used Air Cutter or Jiriaya.
Liam pressed the button and the floor started to drop down. When it reached the bottom there was a door. On the other side of it ws a bunch of Flare Grunts while Lysandre stood in the back of the room, with his back to the heroes. Liam approached the Flare Boss. The ultimate weapon's flower has finally bloomed above the soil. Don't you find its beauty captivating? As we speak, it draws its energy from the Legendary Pokémon. I apologize that the weapon was unearthed even after you chose correctly in the lab. But conflicting egos drive this world--things don't always go the way you want!"
"Even though resources, space, and energy on this planet are limited, the number of people and Pokémon has increased to an unsustainable level. Whether it's money or energy, the ones who steal are the ones who win in this world."
