A Chancey took Lance's balls for him to heal.
"No, you only have to register for the tournament once you have eight badges." Liam replied as he walked into the Pokémon Center. Joy greeted Liam by name. Liam handed over his Pokémon for healing.
"Well, you have till we arrive in Rustborro to decide." Liam said. As Oldale Town came into view, Liam advised Lance that it was always a wise idea to go to the Pokémon Center first thing when you get to town.
"That's good." Liam replied. He had an idea for one appeal.
"Well, this year they are holding a lot more contests." Liam said. "I believe the schedule says Rustborro will hold the first one." Liam said as he pulled out a Contest Rule book out of his bag. This book was second hand and had differently seen better days. He said that they had time to devise appeals using single Pokémon.
"Honenn is also known one of the four regions that holds Pokémon Contests." Liam stated.
"Well, first we have to pass through Oldale Town, Petalburg City, and Petlburg Woods."
