"Not bad." Liam commented. As he said that, his foot caught on something and he tripped and fell on his face. "I'm OK.' He said sitting up and spitting sand out of his mouth. He began to dig in the spot and he found two fossils.
Liam put his on as well. "Well, let's go!"
"It kind of is." Liam agreed.
"Truly what I would expect from the runner up of last year's Kalos League Championships" Gabby said.
"Why, thank you." Liam said. Gabby then asked Liam for a brief interview. Liam agreed.

"Only one or two words?" Liam asked. "Man, that is hard to say..." He began to ponder for a moment. He then gave a one word reply. Gabby thanked Liam and the two hurried off.

The heroes went north. On the way, they were stopped by a man and a woman. The man was carrying a video camera, and the woman had a microphone. They worked for a TV station. They stopped the heroes and asked to have a double battle with Liam. Liam obliged to the duo who introduced themselves as Gabby and Ty. They sent out a Wismur and a Magnemite. Liam sent out Marshtomp and Grovyle. A Mudshot/Bullet Seed combo floored Magnemite, while Wismur used Uproar. A Grass Pledge/Water Pledge combo finished the Wismur.
Liam got his Pokémon healed and went to the mart and got his supplies.
By coin flips, Liam will get Rayquaza and Lance will get Groudon. (This happens to separate the trio amongst the three of us.) Peeked, since JamesDavy says he doesn't mind missing out on one of the Hoenn fossils, do you want one of them?
