The scent was lost. Jenny thanked the heroes for their help and took them to the Pokémon Center. Liam handed over his Luxury Balls for healing to a Chancey. There was a tall man, who had his own Chancey talking to Joy about how effective they could be together healing Pokémon, and how she could heal his heart of the status condition of loneliness. A Crogunk emerged from its ball on the man's belt and smacked him in the spine with Poison Jab. It than dragged him away by the belt loop.
"Hitmonchan, Vacuum Wave!" The Punching Pokémon dispersed the smoke, only to find Inzu long gone.
"I have no clue as to why, but Jenny's Growliethe picked up his scent at the fire's origin." Liam said.
"You committed a crime." Liam said flatly as he approached. "All criminals must face their day in court."
