"Arcanine, Flamethrower! Swampert, Water gun!" Even though Tucker had no way telling, one attack was launched at a duplicate of the real Jiriya, while the other went toward one of Zorro's fakes.

The phone etarcted to the ground. Tucker took his place and asked for the heroes to send out their Pokémon.

After the interview, the duo was lead to the stage to meet Dome Ace Tucker. Scott took Mr. Coleman up to a balcony to watch.

"He comes from Blackthorn City. He has also participted in regional tournaments in Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Kalos. Known as a 'Dragon Master', his name is Liam Coleman!" Liam's appearence appeared when his name was said. After that Tucker was announced and he glided down from a high perch. "Hello, Champions." He greeted. "Welcome to the Battle Dome!" Tucker tossed out two balls, revealing Arcanine and Swampert as his choices. Tucker than offered to face them together, however if he managed to defeat one of their pokémon, neither would get the symbol. He also offered them the ability to call in a Pokémon from elsewhere. Liam began to discuss strategies with his friend in hushed tones. "I have an idea. how about I use Jiriya, and you have Zorro take his form? If they both set up Double Team it maight give us an edge."

Scott led the heroes to the interview room. They were asked many questions such as what there hometowns were (which was strictly for the record since as they are already fairly famous it is known by a lot of people already.), favorite types, and ideal strategies. Liam gave his answers of: Blackthorn City, Dragon types, and so on.
There was a huge crowd around the Dome. Scott mentioned that Dome Ace Tucker having any challengers is big, and many people come to watch the battle. Scott also mentioned that usually his challengers get interviewed, normally about where they are from, strategies they like to use, types they like, etc.
The Pokémon were brought back to the heroes. Liam thanked the haney that delivered them.
Scott waved to the heroes. He finished his tea and came over. "Greetings boys." He said. "I trust that you are ready to face the Battle Dome?" He asked. He than saw Mr. Coleman, and deduced he was Liam's father, due to similarties in their apperances.
