Sherlock nodded. He came over to Liam and the shiny Charizard. Liam turned to Shiranui. He handed him Smaug's Luxury Ball. "Once he's calmed down, meet us the Fuchsia City Pokémon Center." With that Sherlock teleported away with Liam, Blissey, and the inhured Charizard.

Joy was shocked to turn the corner and suddenly see them. She asked what happened and Liam replied that they do not have time for him to explain, shes going to die if they don't do something quickly. A pair of Chansey from the center pushed out a gurnie that could support the Lizard Pokémon abd pushed her into the OR. Joy insisted that they go to the waiting room. She could tell that they were both exhausted from trying to save the Charizard.

Smaug took form as a Charizard and let out a fierce roar. He immedeately launched a Fire Blast and roasted the Mega Venasaur, as well as the Tyrannitar, who happened to be standing to close. The scorching flames narrowly missed the Rockets, who gave up on the prospect of stealing any Pokémon from the scene and tried to flee. However, they were caught in the crossfire of Smaug's blind rage and sent flying with an Iron Tail. The poacher surrendered, but Smaug kept moving closer to him with a look of hatred in his eyes. The poacher was backing away, trying to get away, but Smaug used Flamethrower to block his path.
"Smaug! Cool it!" Liam yelled, but Smaug acted as though Liam wasn't there. Sherlock sensed what was about to happen and teleported in to try and stop Smaug, who just smacked Sherlock aside with Iron Tail
"He's gone beserk! Not even our psychic powers can get through!" Sherlock telepathicly told Liam and Shiranui. Liam was starting to panic. "Blissey! Tend to the mama Charizard!" Liam than began trying to calm Smaug down. Liam realized that if Sherlock couldn't get through, than Titania likely wouldn't. There was only two possible Pokémon whose could get through to him. Liam also thought that it would not be a good idea if either of them appeared infrnt of a poacher, even if he could call them in himself. In Smaug's blind rage, he sent the Rockets flying. Although, to be fair; they did get right in his way. The poacher was backed up against a tree with Smaug comming in closer. He sniveled for him to be called off, but Smaug wasn't listening. It wasn't until Liam was close to Smaug, and he turned around and used Dragon Claw that Smaug snapped out of his rage at the sight of what he did. Smaug's rage was replaced with guilt as he stood there in shock of what he did. The poacher tried to take advantage of the situation to run away, only to instantly run into Looker, who cuffed him. Seeing her trainer fall, Blissey freaked and ran over to Liam's side. One use of Softboiled healed up the minor damages Liam suffered, although his shirt was still hacked to pieces. Liam woke up to see Smaug's guilt ridden face. Smaug turned away, unable to look at Liam out of shame.
Smaug was now looking over his injured mother. Blissey had used everything in the first aid kit, and she still wasn't better. Heal Pulse and Softboiled didn't help much either.

The poacher reached into his coat pocket and pulled out what at first looked to be a marble of some kind. Liam than noticed that there was an anklet on the Venasur's front right leg with a glistening gem in it. "But, thats.." Liam started.
"Yes, this is Mega Evolution. I took these off some smart mouthed Kalosian punk who tried to stop me, the last time I saw them, they were going to have a sleep with the fishes. "Now Venasaur, Mega Evolve!" The poacher explained how this Venasaur was his first Pokémon, and how it had always stood by him. Once the Mega Evolution was finished, The Venasaur pulled out as many vinces as it could and lashed them all toward Smaug. The Charizard smashed the cage with Dragon Claw and lunged to protect Smaug, being pelted with all of the vines. The sight of this made Smaug's rage build and build until his mother collapsed. That was the breaking point as Smaug scream and began to glow white.

The Poacher chuckled as he went for his ace in the hole. He pulled out a remote and pressed a button. A power burst of electricity surged through the cage. The Charizard roared in agony.

Meanwhile, Looker and the Rockets took advantage of the distraction to sneak over to the poacher's stash of stolen Pokémon. The four that were taken from the Rockets smiled at the sight of them. Looker disengaged those cages first. The four happilly hugged their respective Rocket. They than ran outside to join the fray.

Unfortantely for Titania, the moment she teleported into the cage was when the poacher looked over there again. He ordered Venasaur to use Vine Whip into the cage.

The poacher saw Smaug run up, and recognized the look of hatred in the eyes. "Well, it's the little pipsqueak." He taunted. He snapped his fingers and ordered Tyranitar to use Dark Pulse. Smaug was hit and knocked to the floor. Smaug got up and prepped to fire a newly learned move, when the Poacher stopped him. With a snap of his fingers, Venasur pulled in a cage with a severely beaten black Charizard in it. "Your precious mother here doesn't have much life left in her, one false move, and she might not survive, that or you could take her place." He sneered brandishing a whip of his own to match Venasaur's whips. Smaug stopped dead in his tracks, terrifed of the whips.

Pidgeot found that there were no traps ahead and signaled for the others to approach. Smaug charged in.

Sherlock scanned the area. He communicated that there is one man with way more than six Pokémon in the area, and that one is a Venasaur. He pointed in the right direcion with one of his spoons. Looker than arrived and immedeately reached for his handcuffs to arrest the Rockets. Liam told Looker that while they may be criminals, in this particuar instance they are victims. Looker tried to protest saying he still has to take them in, but he put the cuffs back up and warned the Rockets no funny business, and that once everything was said and done, he still had to take them in.

"Thank you!" They cried n unison as they each attenpted to clamp around one of Shiranui'slegs with more waterworks tears.
