I do know what the Rotodex does. I would say that it is one thing to use it when battling CPU charecters such as the totems or Team Skull, but to use it against another human player is different, espically if the other human player does not have the Rotodex as well. Personally, I am unsure of how fair it is to use in leauge matches. But either way, since they have never seen such a thing before, they can't have a rule against it. But, one would possibly be added after the battle.

"Facade!" Liam called. Deoxys went to Attack Form and used Facade, becomng stronger due to the poison. Liam knew this was a gamble but he had to take it. The audeince however was mumuring about the Rotomdex and if such a thing was allowed.

Well, technically speaking this is a PvP battle. But I do not really think that is fair to use. Also, I do not off hand remember anything about Mike's internal power.

Liam was thrown for a loop. He had never heard of such a thing. "Extreme Speed into Shadow Ball!" Deoxys morphed into speed form and began to zip around the stage. Deoxys than used the momentum to launch a Shadow Ball.

"Shadow Ball at close range!" Liam ordered. Deoxys morphed to Attack form and fired Shadow Ball once Nightmare was too close to evade it.

"Recover." Liam ordered. Deoxys remained in defense form and healed itself.

"Protect!" Deoxys morphed to Defense Mode and a green shield appeared and took the attack.

"Use facade!" Liam ordered. Deoxys morphed to his Attack Form and used to move, beefed up due to his status condition.

"Now, Shadow Ball!" Liam called. Deoxys conjured the ball of ghost-type energy and hurled it toward the Mega Sableye.
